EVENT: The Great BREW Malfunction Pt 1 [OPEN]

Description: ...something strange is going on here.

At some point, something strange begins to happen. People start randomly disappearing. Sometimes they reappear immediately after and they may not even notice, but sometimes there's a noticeable lag between their disappearance and their reappearance.

Sometimes, they don't even reappear in the same place!

At least it doesn't seem to be dangerous. Unless you disappeared from your kitchen and reappeared at the other end of the city. In which case, you might want to start running.

Either everything sort of points at this being BREW related (after all, if it were Witches, there would be a lot more danger).

[Ammy might notice she doesn't call him 'that annoying sorcerer' this time but she still sounds kind of dismayed about this. And she's going to check on her groceries, make sure nothing spilled.]

[She shakes her head and whines. She doesn't have a Weapon anymore. And yes, she does notice that. Lllillly, she's becoming more and more convinced you don't hate him.]

Dag nab it. What is that contraption doing? It just seems to keep making trouble.

[She's rummaging through her bag now, wondering if there's anything to cheer Amaterasu up. Can wolves eat chocolate? Or maybe some of the blueberries she got for muffins tomorrow would be safer...]

[Nope, there's no way to stop BREW from doing what it does... The rustling catches Ammy's attention and she stares.]

[No, not the shrimp. Luckily, she hadn't attracted any stray cats while she was transformed.]

And I hope we're not stuck this way for good. It's embarrassing being used as a Weapon! [A blush comes to her cheeks just thinking about it!]

It's different, he's not going to lie, even if it's closer to the way he fought before he arrived in Death City, he's gotten used to being a weapon. Still, he's pretty excited about trying his luck as a meister. But he still doesn't have a partner, and that kind of sucks. He's just thinking about who he might be able to ask when he spots Amaterasu.]} Hey! _{[He gives a little wave, which feels totally awkward and stupid to him, but he figures Amaterasu might appreciate it.]}

_{[Wow his day just keeps getting better and better. At least if she's a weapon she probably hasn't injured herself falling. The fact that some of the um....unidentified red liquid (because it couldn't actually be lava, right? Okay, yeah it actually could be this is Death City) has spilled has him a little concerned. He rights the glass, making sure not to spill any more of the liquid inside and picks her up.]} Are you alright?

It can't hurt to try everything possible. *Auron leans over to gently grab hold of the digivice and attempt resonance like he'd done so many times before. It's rather abruptly canceled out, like pushing two magnets together that fight to separate.*

*work is what he wants to say but he gets cut off when the shock of resonance not working forces him to change forms as well. Into a rather hefty sake jug.*

I don't know what's going on today. I want to say it's Excalibur's fault but he can't do all of this himself.

*Well, Auron is on the bottom of the steps and watches her walk down.* Did you just appear here too?

A screen. It's like I have one of the communicators on my hand, kind of. [He holds up his hand for Auron to see.] See?

Um... no? I was just minding my own business. Then it was like... everything blinked for a moment. I was still in front of Shibusen, but I think I was a few feet away from where I was in the first place.

[Her ears twitch and she turns her head first before her body.]

Wruf! [Tail wagging, she runs over to him and pauses, tilting her head. Did he change too?]

_{[He still hasn't quite gotten over the shock of how excited she is to see him. Every single time. He gives a head pat in return, and tilts his head right back, trying to figure out what she's asking. 'What are you doing here?' is his best guess.]} I've just been walking around trying to find someone to go on a mission with. Since I'm apparently a meister now, I figured I'd better get used to it sooner than later.

*Alucard closed his eyes and concentrated. He'd never had problems transforming, possibly owing to him being used to magical shapechanging in his own world. But the form of sword is unattainable.*

I cannot. It's as though that I may as well be a Meister.

You seem a bit...lost. *That seems to be the most polite thing to say.* Are you all right?

I suppose you may have the right idea, Cloud. *There it was again, just a wave of dizziness, this time stronger.* If this is citywide, we're going to be at a disadvantage. *He rubbed his forehead.* I apologize but I think I need to go sit down somewhere. I'm feeling rather unwell of a sudden.

Yes, please. [She'd rather not be an open book in case someone else happened to walk by while they were talking.] I always seem to have trouble getting back to normal when this happens. Do you know any tricks that can help?

[Not right, but it works. She nuzzles his hand and tilts her head against his hand. Oh! A mission! She spring up and down. Amaterasu would absolutely love to go instead of mope around.]

All my clothes disappear whenever I turn into that book! And having to be carried around like that! Especially by that sorcerer!
