Time: 6am to 9am
Description: Training takes place every morning in the park to prepare the guests of the city for the ongoing war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on June 29th.

[ Oh no, don't make that face, Chihiro.. all big guys with pompadours are weak to it-- or rather, Josuke doesn't really know how to deal with it, so his smile is quickly replaced by something more awkward. ]

[Chihiro sniffles softly and then looks up at Josuke with big, hopeful eyes.]

D-do you really think I can do it? Even though I'm j-just standing here and watching right now?

.. Huh? Of course you can!

[ At least he calms down from having freaked out just now, instead smiling as he gives Chihiro a pat on the back. (Sorry, it's sort of hard since Josuke's so strong, he doesn't mean for it to be that hard..) ]

Anyone can get stronger with training, that's the whole idea of having training together every morning, right? Not like you have to be some sorta muscled guy.

[Oh no, that little pat brings tears to Chihiro's eyes again, and he stumbles forward just a little bit at it. Damn these big, strong men.]

[He doesn't seem too upset though, because he's smiling.]

Huh, your friend? [ Not like he knows Chihiro means Mondo, but he did meet the guy - but he just smiles. ]

[ Oh, man.. being compared to that is pretty great, isn't it? Sure, Josuke does know he's strong (although he thinks he can't compare to some people, have you ever seen Jotaro..) but still, it sounds like Chihiro thinks pretty highly of his friend.

.. But then again. There's that blush. And Josuke smiles ~knowingly~. ]

[Chihiro is now desperately hiding his bright red face, tears streaming from his eyes.]

No, no, no! I... i-it's true, but I... sh-shouldn't... aaahhh....

[ Oh gosh, he sucks at comforting people like this - if it's his bros then he could, but someone he hardly knows and is so tiny and cute and oh god he's not cut out for this. Where's Minako when you need her?! ]

.. Hey, it's fine! C'mon, don't cry.. [ Awkward. ] What d'ya say, should I help you train a little in return for saying something only a dumbass would say?

[Sniffling softly, Chihiro peeks over his hands at Josuke... and then he nods slowly.]

O-okay... that... that would be really nice...

[Time to start wiping the tears away.]

One crisis averted. Even though Josuke being.. not.. very.. polished.. means the tears will probably start again sooner or later, let's face it.. but for now he's hopeful. ]

K.. 'kay.. so what sorta combat experience do you have?

N-none. I've ... I've never even gotten into a real fight before...

We were locked inside a school against our will before we came here. It... it was really, really awful.
