Time: 6am to 9am
Description: Training takes place every morning in the park to prepare the guests of the city for the ongoing war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on June 29th.

Okay!

[She does as she's told, holding out her hand.]

And then you just... become a die??

Un! [[and with a warm smile, his form began to glow. Seconds later, a small, battered white d10 landed in her open palm, it's thin red thread waving in the air once before gently attaching to Mizuno's palm, bringing with it the faint feel of Bakura's consciousness gently reaching out to hers. ]]

Whoa!

[Instinctively, Mizuno closes her fist around the die in her hand, holding it securely. And moments later, she feels Bakura and...

Giggles.]

That's a weird feeling, isn't it?

'A little, un!' [[The resonance isn't as strong as it could be. Bakura's unconsciously still holding back too much of himself, trying to hide his tiredness and his growing depression. Mizuno didn't need to be burdened with that, after all.]]

But not a bad one!

[She doesn't even realize he's holding back, awwrrr. But she is all open to him, all of her excitement as well as the mild traces of uncertainty that are most often inherent in her.]

No, not bad at all! Just different! Mmm, I could definitely get used to it!

'It's a really nice feeling, when you do get used to it.

[[and he can't help but relax further into that wavelength and try and reach out to sooth away that uncertainty. The little sister vib is as strong as ever with this.]]

[Wow, is she feeling... a little more sure of herself?? That is definitely a thing going on here. Nice! Hmm, maybe she can try that mental talking thing??]

So then I can feel what you're feeling and... you can feel what I'm feeling? And the same thing with thinking??

'Un! As long as you think aloud, I can hear it! Makes it pretty nice when you don't want anyone to overhear, right?'

[[and made some things far easier to "say" so to speak]]

Aaahhhhh, that's really cool! So we could like... talk about cute boys without them hearing?

[She's trying to tease a little, but her wavelength wavers just a touch because she's not sure if teasing like this will upset him...]

[[There's a touch of embarrassment, but its amused at the same time]] Un, we could!

[OH GOOD, she grins at the emotions she feels from him and giggles quietly.]

Wow! This is really great! I know exactly how you're feeling and everything!

'Un!' [[There may have been a small touch of guilt at that because he was still hiding a few things so it wasn't exactly how he was feeling...]]

[She doesn't quite pick up on that though.]

So how exactly do I... attack things?

[Back to talking out loud now!]

[shiromadoushi]

'Pick a target and roll! As long as I know that you mean to attack, I'll make it come up the right number, then return to your hand so you can aim!'

[Hm, hm, hm... what would be a good target? How aboooout...]

That rock!

[Mizuno points to it. Yes. Good. She's so good at this.]

Here I go!

[And with that, she rolls Ryou!!]

[[The die lands on a 1, pausing a fraction of a second before the red thread pulls it back up into Mizuno's hand and it begins to glow. A shot of white light blasts out, vanishing harmlessly through the rock and into the ground]]

'It only harms kishin eggs and things like it. Which is pretty useful sometimes! No worries about accidentally hurting someone who's in the way!'

[Mizuno lets out a squeal of delight.]

That's so cool!!

[She closes her fist around Bakura again, holding him tight.]

I... I actually can do things, can't I?

[[It's a comforting feeling, that sort of hold, and Bakura feels himself relax into it and the resonance a bit more. The barriers are still tightly there, but softer]]

'Un! You can! That's the magic of this world!'

It's a much more visible magic than I'm used to!

[She giggles.]

I like it!
