Description: Training takes place every morning in the park to prepare the guests of the city for the ongoing war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on May 27th.

I just had someone today come to me with zero training. I have to build her up from scratch.

Well, she seems to be able to hold a sword for more than ten seconds so we're making progress.

Did she refuse to hold a sword before? [He's kind of curious now.]

I don't think she's held any weapon before so it's all about balance and the basics right now.

I think that's how just about everyone starts. Unless they're a natural at handling a sword.

When did you start training with a sword?

I started around my early teens. You?

Mmm, probably the same time although I do remember using it when I was much smaller. Not sure if they did it to humor me or it was actual training.
