[OPEN]
Characters: Eve, Keroro, anyone affiliated with their business and YOU
Location: Metokkori R and Hikan Café
Rating: G
Time: May 17th, all day
Description: No matter how strange things got, you still needed to work.
They had had to close the store for a day or two as they cleaned up the graffiti, and continued to open despite having the vandals tied up outside their door. They didn't open during the riots (it would have been foolish to do that).
At the end of everything, though, the doors were opened again. Life went on, after all.
Welcome to Metokkori R, a store where they sell more flavours of instant ramen than you can shake a stick at and various other Japanese goods and snacks. Or maybe you were more interested in coming into the Hikan Café, a family style restaurant with a friendly atmosphere. There is a mysterious third store, but, unfortunately, recent events have delayed its opening.
As usual, the stores all accept communicators as payment~.
((OOC: Feel free to make open threads for yourself under the headings!))

Four more boxes? Really? In that case, I suppose I'd better take four.

Then for five boxes, your total comes to 160 Death Dollars, de arimasu. Are you going to take them with you now, or would you like them delivered, de arimasu?
no subject
...I certainly can't carry them all.
[He can't. Look at that scrawny build. Stacked up, they're taller than he is. He can pay for them, but managing them alone is a bit impossible.]
They'll have to be delivered, I'm afraid.
no subject
That's no problem, de arimasu.
[He takes out a pen and paper.]
Please give me your address and name, then I'll have one of our employees deliver it to you, de arimasu.

The...Watch headquarters, de arimasu?
[Why does he feel like he's done this before...Sending cookies to the Watch headquarters...
Nah, that must be a coincidence.]
no subject
[He nibbles his thumbnail innocently.]
I hope it isn't a problem...
no subject
Oh, of course not, de arimasu! The person at the front desk will know who these are for, right, de arimasu?
[He is having the strangest sense of deja vu right now....]

[Keroro gets the closest L ever manages to a reassuring smile, which... is far from reassuring. He can't help it.]

Altogether, he really doesn't seem like he handles money very much.]
no subject
He counts it out once more before stacking it neatly and putting it away in the register.]
Thank you very much, de arimasu!

[And it likely will be pretty soon, actually, considering how quickly L goes through these cookies.]
