Characters: The Disciple and you!
Location: The Diner in the Outer Residential Area
Rating: G
Time: April 12th, afternoon
Description: Di is treating herself today, and would definitely be up for some company. She might have even invited your character to join her today.
Adjusting to life in Death City had taken a while, but Disciple would very quickly admit that she had come to love it here. It was such an odd little down with so much to offer, no matter how much she had seen of it there always seemed something new to discover. It was perhaps not the safest place to live, but safety was something that had never really been a part of her life. Indeed, until the recent attack on the city and Nocturne Bazaar, the way the war impacted this city had seemed to be nonexistant.
Still, all in all it was a place where she had enjoyable constants, could always find something new, had her family and new people to meet and new things and places to learn about. At the moment she couldn't really think of much more that she wanted.
Currently she was at the diner, seated at one of the tables outside so she could enjoy the weather. The sun no longer bothered her--and thank goodness it was nowhere near as strong as the one on Alternia had been--and she actually had to admit to liking the feel of it tickling her skin. On her table were, unsurprisingly some books on various subjects and she was currently scribbling away in a notebook of her own.

btw, would you be at all interested in lily being a bridesmaid for di? :D
"Geographically speaking it's completely different from here. Our culture is largely homogenous so 'countries' are not really something that exist where we come from. We have two moons, and a sun that is much bigger and hotter than the one here so trolls are a nocturnal species with few exceptions."
She considered where to go from there. "We live under the rule of an Empress and have a strict hierarchical system defined by the hemospectrum, a system that creates castes by blood type. It is composed of twelve different kinds, and easily identified by color."
She frowned a little "It's not an especially friendly environment, comparatively speaking, but it's home."
I imagine Lily would be quite excited if asked!
"But why should it matter so much? And it's not as if you can tell what someone's blood looks like just by looking at them." This world certainly didn't sound very friendly.
[OOC: I actually saw mention of the wedding thing in the last CR meme but didn't get around to commenting there. In the first book, Lily actually had a bride and her dozen bridesmaids come to the shop to all pick out vintage dresses for a wedding! She was kind of an outcast most of her life so she was excited just to be invited to that wedding. So, she'd probably be thrilled if asked to be a bridesmaid.]
