Morning Training

Time: 6am to 9am
Description: Training takes place every morning in the park to prepare the guests of the city for the ongoing war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on March 29th.

Soul Perception: If someone wants to find out more about their soul, what they are, and what they may potentially do. Overseen by Hades.
Partner Training: Guidance on how to work as partners. Taught by Spirit Albarn; Eve and Keroro
Weapons Handling Training: How to handle weapons and Weapons. Taught by Death the Kid with Liz and Patty.
Shooting Range: How to shoot. Taught by Naoto Shirogane, Maes Hughes.
Meister Ability Helpers: Learning what your meister ability is and how to use it. Taught by Kanji Tatsumi, Miles Edgeworth.
Finding a Partner: An area for unpartnered Weapons and Meisters to mingle in. Overseen by
Meditation: This month's novelty class is on focus and meditating. Taught by Hyuuga Neji.
Medics: A place for the medics to linger, recruit, and help anyone that's gotten hurt. Helping out are CR-S01, Rosalia Rossellini.
Watch: A place for the watch members to linger, recruit, and train. Interested observers welcome!
SEES: A place for the SEES members linger, recruit, and relax.
Hug Brigade: Offering encouragement through hugs. Staffed by Maes Hughes, Maito Gai.

Alucard would have been able to perhaps hear and definitely smell someone behind him. But he was a bit under the weather.

"What?" The dhampir looked up at the newcomer. He hadn't met the person before. His sense of smell wasn't quite working as it should. "Something of that nature."

Sai's eyes are wide and innocent as he looks back at Alucard, waiting for him to do something interesting.

"And yet you're still working hard."

"I have to. I am a Weapon and I need to be strong enough to defend my partner." Especially if they were in situations like the last mission.

"How--"

Simple.

"--Noble of you."

He smiles, "But why are you training alone then? Isn't it better to train with your partner?"

[draculabackwards]

"He is off talking to someone. We already work a lot together so it's good to have some time away."

Seriously. It's amazing they don't argue more with the amount of time they're together.

"Some time away....is it?"

Still cheerful, Sai tilts his head to one side as he looks at Alucard, "Then...want to train with me?"

"I could do that." How well he could do that would be up for debate.

"Are you a Weapon or a Meister...?" He trailed off, not sure of this young man's name.

"Sai. I'm a Meister. And you are?"

[draculabackwards]

"Good to meet you, Sai. I am Alucard and I am a Weapon." Even not feeling well, Alucard managed to maintain some decorum and politeness.

"Hou~ So, Dracula backwards, is it?"

It's a pity that Sai can't manage decorum or politeness even when he's feeling fine.

Oh tee hee

Alucard, for his part, stared at him for a moment. "Yes I suppose it does at that." He wasn't Dracula. That was his highly evil father.

"Ah. Was I not supposed to notice that?"

Sai doesn't apologize though, and his smile widens.

[draculabackwards]

"No, that is fine. I am surprised more people have not said anything." This conversation was just getting odder by the second and it didn't help that Alucard wasn't feeling well at all.

Probably because most people have a thing called tact.

"Maybe they just didn't notice. Now then...shall we start?"

[draculabackwards]

Undoubtedly.

"Very well. Give me a moment to transform."

He's not so ill he can't still do that. A European broadsword of simple design sits in the grass. Alucard peers out with his yellow eyes.

He looks down at the broadsword for a moment before he reaches for Alucard, "You're a lot plainer than I expected."

The moment his hand closes on the hilt of the broadsword, Sai's wavelength is invasive and searching, reaching out and wanting for you to show him everything.

Sai's wavelength is much more different than Raidou's. It's almost overpowering and it takes Alucard a lot of effort to try to match it. But it's like flexing a muscle. If he can't find an easier way, he's going to end up shocking this person.

I'm so sorry about how late this is...orz

He can feel the other's wavelength trying to match his, but this is the very first time Sai has tried resonating. Not only that, but he doesn't have the patience to try, especially because it could mean a shock. He makes the most cursory of attempts at matching their wavelengths, before he simply opens his hand and drops Alucard on the ground.

Blade downwards, of course.
