Morning Training
Characters: Everyone!
Location: Training Ground, Shibusen
Rating: PG-13 for violence
Time: 6am to 9am
Description: Training takes place every morning in the park to prepare the guests of the city for the ongoing war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on March 29th.

Breakfast: Providing food for those who come. All food-providers are given funds with which to buy the food and paid for the prep/cook time. Provided by Saya Tagaki.
Combat instruction: To learn or improve upon fighting techniques. Taught by Cloud Strife, Mickey Mouse, Auron.
Sparring: Show up, pick an opponent, and spar. Overseen by Amateresu, Spirit Albarn.
Weapon Transformation: Guiding new Weapons through the sometimes difficult process of finding a form and then re-finding their original one. Taught by Bakura Ryou, Yami Bakura, Aqua.
Soul Perception: If someone wants to find out more about their soul, what they are, and what they may potentially do. Overseen by Hades.
Partner Training: Guidance on how to work as partners. Taught by Spirit Albarn; Eve and Keroro
Weapons Handling Training: How to handle weapons and Weapons. Taught by Death the Kid with Liz and Patty.
Shooting Range: How to shoot. Taught by Naoto Shirogane, Maes Hughes.
Meister Ability Helpers: Learning what your meister ability is and how to use it. Taught by Kanji Tatsumi, Miles Edgeworth.
Finding a Partner: An area for unpartnered Weapons and Meisters to mingle in. Overseen by
Meditation: This month's novelty class is on focus and meditating. Taught by Hyuuga Neji.
Medics: A place for the medics to linger, recruit, and help anyone that's gotten hurt. Helping out are CR-S01, Rosalia Rossellini.
Watch: A place for the watch members to linger, recruit, and train. Interested observers welcome!
SEES: A place for the SEES members linger, recruit, and relax.
Hug Brigade: Offering encouragement through hugs. Staffed by Maes Hughes, Maito Gai.

[When he sits down and makes the offer, she immediately flops across his lap, still grinning. Obviously, this is the best spot for today. She pants away happily, capable of doing the sit back and relax thing in 0 to .5 seconds.]

We'll call this a break then, for you and me. Not that I was really doing much of anything to need a break from other than watching. [His hands continued to pat and pet away at wherever he could reach, though he eventually glanced over his shoulder for a moment, trying to see if he could catch sight of his partner and daughter nearby.]

Oh, sorry about that. I came along with Bunny and Kaede. They're kinda training and it's hard to keep my eyes off 'em, y'know? [There was another pat on the head for her, though Kotetsu paused again as he realized something.] --ah! That's right, you don't know. Kaede's my daughter!

She's only been here about a week, but she's doing pretty well. I was really worried at first-- or, that's probably more than a little obvious. I still am kinda worried actually. [A hand reached out to carefully scratch under Ammy's chin.] When Kaede told me she wanted to learn to fight while she was here, I didn't want to say yes. My only kid, not even twelve, asking me something like that? Of course I'd say no. We got into a bit of a fight over it and I sorta ended up caving in afterward, though even if she learns a couple things I'd prefer that it never comes to that, her having to fight.
But I trust Bunny a whole lot, so at least I know she's in good hands with him training her, and I'm still here so... she should be just fine. [At least it was what he hoped, his hand's movements beginning to slow as his thoughts wandered.]

Sorry about that. Got a little distracted. I know I probably shouldn't get too caught up in thinking about all that, since I'm doing my best to make sure she'll be safe, but it's hard to not think about it at all. It's just a regular father's worries, right? And-- [He pauses a second as if realizing what he said (or more like where else he was intending to go with the conversation) before shaking his head. Maybe he's saying a little more than he probably should. ...now that he thinks about it actually, he doesn't know how it got so easy to speak to a wolf like this.] Feels like I'm asking you for advice or something, but you can't exactly answer.

At her expression though, he stops, unsure as to whether she's confused about what he's saying or merely trying to understand better.] Well, you actually can. Answer that is, but I don't think I'm really in any position to be asking in the first place.
[His smile softens, though Kotetsu's hands continue with their routine.] My wife passed away, so other than my mother and my brother, Kaede only really has me to take care of her, but I wasn't able to do that too well for a while because of my work. [Realizing how this bit of information could be a little concerning, Kotetsu pats at Ammy's head.] Things are better now though, so you don't need to worry about all that. I just wanna make sure that I can take care of her as best I can, like I always should.
