That was something that he could relate to. When he had first arrived, he hadn't hesitated in seeking out all of the answers that his mind could absorb. It had been during those moments that he had come across Nataku and they had instantly formed a bond between them. Closing his eyes at such thoughts, he pushed them away as he reminded himself that it was best not to dwell on the past.

The templar instead refocused his attention on the prelate as that offer was made. It was a far cry from a question, but disregarding that point, Tassadar found it one that he was more than content to 'answer'.

"It would be an honour." Nodding his head, Tassadar began to move again as he gestured for Zeratul to follow alongside him.

There was an undeniable amount that had changed for them both since they had last spoken to each other. While his were based within this world here, Zeratul's had occurred with the continuation of the battle against the zerg and the terran forces attempting to block their way. There was undoubtedly much that still needed to be discussed, but it was something best left for another day.

That was why he was content to travel in silence as they made their way to the park. Yet it appeared that, for once, Zeratul had no desire for such silence. It was an interesting thought to consider, but he indulged the older male regardless.

"It is rare that such a storm passes through the city," Tassadar offered as they continued on their way. "This world has many different environments scattered across it, however."

There was no chance of knowing whether or not this one was similar to the Earth the terrans originated from. The others here who had been pulled here from the same planet, but different timelines, seemed to have found the planet to be similar or near-identical to the one they originated from.

"It is possible, however, the Earth that is from our timeline is hundreds of years into the future of this current one. Much could have changed over that time," Tassadar offered. With the way that humans depleted their natural resources, the Earth of their future could be far different than this type indeed. Not that they would ever know the truth behind it.

Pulling himself out of his thoughts, he continued to make his way towards the park as he spoke, "Beyond the desert, they have a multitude of environments, such as jungles, vast forests, and even volcanic areas that are reminiscent of what we once saw on the homeworld for the zerg."

They ran naked together, Zeratul... naked ;D

"Indeed they do. It is both their blessing and their curse as a whole," Tassadar said in agreement while he nodded his head. There were many other aspects to the human race that made them unique, and not all of those ways were positive ones either. They were a dangerous race despite their lack in technology, but he suspected that even that would come in time.

"I have been to a number of them, yes," he said while turning around the corner to continue on their way. Glancing at his companion, he added, "Selendis and I once travelled to a remote area that was surrounded by vast oceans while the land area was nothing but scattered islands of sand and tropical plants. It was rather reminiscent of Aiur herself."

Even if it hadn't held the same beauty as their beloved homeworld.

One day they'll go on mission together 8D There should be a OT3 mission!

Tassadar was at least relieved to hear of such things. He wouldn't wish the discomfort to his fellow protoss, but perhaps he could take the other out on a mission to show his companion more of earth. That, of course, would have to be throughout the journeys of their battles.

"It is a planet full of diversity," the templar murmured with a lightness on his tone that hadn't been heard for quite some time. Travelling along the sidewalk, Tassadar wondered if the further aid of Zeratul in this would could help end this war faster. Then they could both return to their duties for Aiur. "I have found that missions are a suitable method in seeing what Earth has to offer."

Maybe once the Watch stuff calms down we can convince Kerrigan out 8D

He had to actually think back on that question to count the number of missions. There had been quite a number of them, but perhaps not as many as he would have liked. There was little that could be done about that, as all he could do was continue to look towards his future goal.

"Enough," Tassadar murmured before glancing back over to his friend. "I have been on missions that involve all those who fight, along with those that require only an individual pair. How many, however, perhaps two dozen."

"I have been to a few locations, yes," Tassadar said. Whether he noticed Zeratul's avoidance of more dangerous topics or not was uncertain, but if he had he was pleased with the change in direction. Yet he couldn't help as though he was letting his companion down by keeping his thoughts to himself. He had never felt the need to before arriving here, and yet he simply didn't want to be seen as a disappointment to the prelate.

Sighting the park up ahead, Tassadar suddenly came to a stop as he peered over at his companion. "There is much that we still need to discuss," he began while watching Zeratul's reaction closely. "But I believe it wise to do so when you deem it appropriate."

The momentary pause at Zeratul's answer ended when he chuckled lightly in return. He supposed that the prelate had a point, and he too stopped when Zeratul did and turned to face his companion. There was nothing but trust in the other that they would, even despite how difficult the topics would be to hear. Selendis hadn't known much about Zeratul's future, but then again, it came as no surprise. He thirsted for that knowledge though, but it was a thirst that could wait.

"I am certain there is much that you need to discover before that moment," Tassadar answered in return. While he didn't say it, the templar knew that Kerrigan's presence in the city would eventually draw the prelate and the Ghost together. While he wanted to protect her, he knew that Zeratul would never go against his word either.

He was uncertain if this place could do such a thing, but research had never been one of his stronger sides. While he wasn't poor at it, the templar was far more comfortable on a battlefield. Although, perhaps it had been his experiences here that had lead him to forgo the path of knowledge as he kept to himself instead.

"Perhaps," Tassadar said in reply before he began heading to the park again. He knew that in order to return to Aiur sooner, he would need to locate himself a new Weapon, but the templar couldn't bring himself to do just that. Which left him unable to fight and feeling oddly lacking giving his position prior to his arrival here.
