Description: OOC post here.

It's early in the morning -- just after morning training -- when the ground beneath Death City shakes violently in what most of you might recognize as an earthquake. It's not a particularly huge one for the more experienced of the guests, but it sends cracks shooting through the cobblestoned ground of Death City and up the sides of some buildings. A small handful of structures, mostly those that have been abandoned in the course of this war or the very old ones, take the most damage and topple over or crumble at their foundations.

The earthquake lasts no more than half a minute, but the vibrations and aftershocks last through the day. Death City's streets become full of holes, from those the size of apples to what could be described as deep ditches. The greatest damage, however, is the commercial sector, which becomes flooded as the waterways take damage and spill water into the streets. Shibusen's alarms blare out and quick, urgent orders to fix the waterways and search for the injured or anyone trapped in rubble filter in through all networks.

Ah, how do you find out your Weapon abilities?

I'm not sure, I suppose I have to wait until I find someone who knows how to play a flute!

Or if they're a really good musician!

Well, I do know someone who can play the flute. Unfortunately, he's not here.

Well, I'm used to swords, mirrors, and rosaries. Of course, there's nothing wrong with a bow either.

Mirrors? I didn't know one could fight with mirrors.

[Granted, nen has some very diverse weapons such as a vacuum machine. But she never saw someone attacking with a mirror before]

Well, the mirror is best as a round disc. It's very useful, but I've only seen shields with similar shape so far.

Do you use a mirror to reflect attacks to your enemies?

Yes, I can. Or as a blinding counter.

That is a rather interesting way to attack enemies...

I suppose I can't see it action in a place like this.

Unless there is a Weapon that can become one, I'm afraid not.

What a shame. However, it is still interesting to hear that someone could do such a thing.

I believe that such a thing might happen in my world. We have many different abilities there.

Oh? What exactly is your world like?

Full of people who know how to use an ability called nen.

For example, my ability is to play music that can change their mood.

An ability like that must come in handy.

In addition, I was able to listen to their heartbeats. [A pause] You can learn a lot from a person based on their sounds.
