Description: Every morning in the city, Morning Training takes place to prepare the guests of the city for the war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on March 14th.

Bakura all but hissed as he was suddenly grabbed around his waist and hauled backwards. Shooting whoever dared to interfere with their fight a murderous glance, his stormy blue eyes widened as he realized that it was some woman. Dammit, that wench, if he had only his real body she'd never have dared that!!

Digging his heels in the ground and pushing in the opposite direction, he blindly tried to shake her off by placing an elbow in her face - his attention was once again on his host, who seemed to be for once all too ready to continue their fight disregarding of the interference until he, too, was seized by a pair of arms.

"Bastards! Don't interfere!!"

"Let go! Don't interfere!" Bakura exclaimed at the same time as he struggled against Raidou's hold, glaring hatefully at his double as they spoke in unison. His rage wasn't going to last much longer and already his struggles were pretty pathetic, his breath coming quickly. He wasn't even sure who he was fighting against any more...

"You'll only get hurt, get away!"

Sheena continued to pull on him--even after he dug in. If she couldn't pull him away, she'd at least get him to stop moving forward. She sensed, rather than felt, that intended blow to her face, and she dodged, but not enough to avoid being hit entirely. The pain only made her anger worse, and she reacted immediately.

Taking advantage of the position of his "attack" arm, she grabbed his hand and pulled it behind him with every intention of making his palm meet his upper shoulder blade. She also planted a leg between his, hooking it around one to hold him in place. The comment from the other Bakura told her immediately who was who, and the look she gave him wasn't a friendly one, despite her wanting to do so.

"I've been hurt before. And I survived."

Raidou kept a firm grip on the one he now knew to be the normal Bakura. It wasn't much of a struggle; the boy wasn't a physical powerhouse, and his injuries probably didn't help.

"I'm sorry, Bakura-san. I told you before I refuse to ignore this."

The other one -- the spirit -- didn't seem to go down as easily. Raidou cast a concerned glance towards the woman. If need be, he would have to toss Bakura away and go help hold the other one down.

"Fuck you, don't get in my way!! I'm going to show this little, ungrateful-" His angry yelling turned into a growl as his arm was twisted backwards in a armlock and he had to use all his agility just to twist out of being immobilized completely.

Shooting his host a venomous look, he hissed "We're not done with this yet! Don't think you'll get away after doing that!!" Then he turned his attention towards Sheena, as she had just become the more urgent opponent to deal with. She had made a mistake by trusting on a move that relied on pain on order to subdue one's opponent.

He brought his free arm up behind him to pull his trapped arm down, or, if he could reach it, deliver a blow to either her temple or her neck. At the same time he stuck his already trapped right leg further in between both of her legs and turned to the side with the intention to trip her.

Like Ryou he didn't have the body of a fighter either, but unlike his host pain only fueled his rage more which meant that he was struggling with all he had, without disregards of his own injuries. Just a little more and he'd be able to reach the knife he was carrying hidden on himself.

He'd taken the sidelines until the Bakura look-alike made himself a threat to the woman holding him. But so long as his focus was on her, Neji was able to slip behind him easily, going for a pressure point in his forearm in an effort to disable it as he guessed that it was inching toward a hidden weapon. He aimed a pointed blow at one of his calves while he was at it in an attempt to provoke muscle spasms and make escape generally difficult.

"I don't advise you try anything else."

"Sheena-san!" Bakura exclaimed, eyes going wide as his double turned. He pulled against Raidou's hold, panic rising. The Voice was going to hurt his friends again, he was going to--!!

He was going to do nothing of the sort, and if he did, Sheena was a fighter--a ninja--and it wouldn't be the first time. Those types of injuries usually healed quickly and were easy to get over. It was the emotional ones that weren't.

Like the one Bakura inflicted on her.

Feeling his twin's leg move, Sheena wrapped hers even tighter about it, prepared to go down with him, while she tried to get him into a headlock as well to prevent him from moving. The sudden help surprised her, but gave her the chance to attempt the same pressure point on the locked arm, and try to disentangle her leg from his for better balance.

"Thanks," she said to the newcomer, before turning back. "Now, listen to the man and calm down."

Good. Caught between two ninjas, the spirit wouldn't be able to do much harm. Raidou continued to hold Bakura back, and would keep doing so until the boy calmed down.

"Bakura-san, stop," he said, his voice taking a commanding tone. "He is not in any position to hurt anyone."

Bakura was a murderously skilled bandit, but in this situations not one but two ninjas were too much to deal with for him. He inhaled sharply when he felt his arms go numb and his leg gave out beneath him.

For a moment he considered ignoring the pain and physical damage continuing this fight would do to his body, but then he thought of something better and let himself sink to the ground like a doll whose strings had been caught. At the same time his hair seemed to turn less spiked and the bat-wing-like strands dropped down as the narrow edges of his eyes and mouth eased into more gentle ones.

"Ah... How mean.. It's hurting so much... Why? Why are you helping him despite all the things he did to me..?" He whimpered, imitating Ryou's accent and way of speaking perfectly to a T.

Before anybody had a chance to react his expression pulled back into a malicious sneer.

"Just kidding." Their voices were supposed to be identical, but whatever it was that got the razor blades and venom into it whenever the spirit possessed the body, it was back as he started to laugh haughtily.

"What now, dear good landlord of mine? Do you want to explain who started this to them or should I have the pleasure?! You should be happy now that you were rescued again..~"

Neji nodded to Sheena, frowning down at the seeming unstable twin. He didn't know these two or their history, but it was obvious that something was there to set them against each other.

Neji glanced over at Raidou and the other twin, and gestured to the medical division. "It's best to separate them for now. Take him to be looked over, and we'll take care of this one."

When the Voice went into his mimicry, it was as if the blood in Bakura's veins froze.

No. No he wasn't going to---

He was doing it, wasn't he? Pretending, trying to trick everyone into thinking they were the other way around, to leave him with all the consequences of the wrong actions.... This was how he had fooled everyone. Yuugi-kun and everyone back home and now everyone here.

His shoulders hunched in as his entire frame tense, utter helpless rage filling him. It was only Raidou's firm hold on him that kept him in place and from lashing out.

At the mocking return, however, the rage bubbled over and Bakura pulled against his friend's hold, eyes blazing. "I didn't want to be rescued!" His voice was higher pitched than normal from hysteria and rage as he tried to get at his double before it gave out and he went all but limp against Raidou's hood, breath coming quickly, hair falling in his face as his body shook as the toll from the fight started to be felt.

Sheena didn't buy the act the one she held put on from the beginning. She knew which Bakura was which from the moment she interfered, however, she couldn't help but be surprised at how much his twin sounded and looked like him when he tried. Unfortunately for him, though, it wasn't enough for her to release her grip on him.

Looking from one to the other, she shook her head. "Both of you, just shut the hell up! I don't care who started this, but we're ending it so deal with it!" She turned to Raidou.

"I agree. They should be separated. And the sooner, the better." The last bit was said coldly, with a look towards Bakura to match.

Raidou frowned at the act. This entire affair seemed worse than he had thought, especially with the way it was affecting Bakura. He nodded to the other two.

"Alright. Bakura-san, come with me." He steered Bakura towards the medics without giving him a chance to protest.

Oh, Neji had no clue how much history was between them. However, Bakura had never intended to fool them into releasing him. That would have been a pointlessly risky gamble. Instead his little acting had only had one single purpose which it had fulfilled splendidly. It might have been Ryou who had begun this fight but it was Bakura who had delivered the last blow in it by twisting the figurative knife.

Smirking at the outburst of his host, the spirit remained calm and let the others pin him to the ground. When the man started to lead his host away he smiled sweetly up at him. “So you always say.”

Then he turned to the other two that had decided to busy themselves with him, still acting docile and suspiciously calm. “Hey, since you took out three out of my four limbs, lend me a hand?”

Neji would have to monitor them if he found them both on the field in the future to make sure to prevent future incidents.

The twin on the ground received a mild stare, blank and unfeeling, and pulled him up by his good arm none too gently. He nodded to Sheena to help keep Bakura steady between them so he didn't choose to be more trouble than he was worth.

"Make any attempt to injure or flee and I won't hesitate to hand you over unconscious."

And Bakura gave no protest as he was led off, merely hunching his shoulders at the Voice's parting shot. The adrenaline that had kept him from truly feeling the extent of his new injuries was fading and the quick up and down of emotions that always seemed to come when dealing with the Ring's Voice had left him shaken and exhausted and wanting to hide away.

Sheena turned from Bakura the moment he started walking away, her eyes narrowing towards the one she held. "Enough. The fight's over, so stop provoking him." Oh, yes, she had recognized that, thanks to a certain red-head she knew. "Which is probably how this whole thing started anyway."

Sheena returned Neji's look with a nod, the pressure not releasing at all as she helped him rise. Her eyes narrowed as she scanned the twin's body. Neji's comment reminded her that something about this one's earlier attack on her was a little off.

"Is there a weapon we should know about?" she asked him, alerting her "partner" that there might be one, even while knowing she might not get an honest answer.

Raidou kept his hand on Bakura's shoulder -- though not because he thought he might run away. It just seemed like the right thing to do.

"...Bakura-san, are any of your injuries severe?"

Yep!

Bakura shook his head, not looking directly at anyone. He was tired, exhausted and felt... almost dirty. Like he'd broken something he shouldn't have. The ache in his face matched the one in his hand, both what had given the injury and what had taken it.

Punching a mirror, leaving them both bruised... What good had that done...?

The medics looked like they were going to ask for an explanation, but Raidou cut them short. An accident during a spar, that was all. They didn't look all that happy, but raised no more questions as they proceeded to treat Bakura's injuries.

He let out a gruff chuckle as he was hauled up and held none too gently, ignoring their treats since they already had decided to talk about him as if he weren't there. Of course he didn't mention any possible hidden weapons of his either.

Her suspicion made him twist his face into a disgusted snarl, though. "Oh yeah, I did. I made him grab me by the shoulder and start shouting at me by just walking by, all thanks to my marvelous psychic powers. Do you want to blame me for the moon having a face as well while you're already the jury-come-lately-and-knows-everything?"

Neji idly considered the merits of rendering this Bakura unconscious anyway. Dealing with hostile captives conscious was generally more trouble than it was worth. But this was Death City and he was a mediator without free license to deal with people as he saw fit.

He tightened his grip on Bakura and shoved him forward to start them moving. "We'll search him for weapons before we turn him over to medic. His fingers were itching toward something earlier, but for the moment, he won't be any trouble."
