Description: Every morning in the city, Morning Training takes place to prepare the guests of the city for the war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on March 14th.

[He's not here looking for a partner, but he still needs a lot more practice resonating with the different Weapons in the city. So if anyone isn't sure about resonance and what it is or does and would like to practice with a Meister without any pressure, Neji's here and willing to assist]

[He's looking for a partner, although not one for keeps as Bakura has no sense of comradeship nor any appreciation for idiocy like believing into the power of friendship. All he wants is a Weapon or two whom he can call upon for the occasional hunt for souls.

That should be fine. The others I've practice with didn't know much about music either. Besides, it's not difficult to learn the basics.
