[ooc: As noted above, this is a consolidated log for the volunteer intro buddy system and will serve for both cycles. If you don't have a volunteer partner, please check your acceptance e-mail once more for details on how to get one! Either the new character or the volunteer can start the thread. For each thread, indicate the character names in the subject line. Whether or not another character is pulled in is up to the players, BUT the threads are closed to the initial partnered characters (hence the "semi-closed" label.)
