Description: Something bursts from down below.

The tremors have kept going on and off for a day now. By noon, the alarms sound, to warn for the Kishin Eggs coming closer to the city.

People had been warned in advance though, so this isn't a surprise.

The ground suddenly bulging has turned into a somewhat normal thing since yesterday too.

What no one expected was for the bulge to get larger and larger until two figures burst from the ground...and a wave of Madness, sudden and potent and nearly overwhelming struck the city. The Kishin Asura has entered the city from below and on top of that, the Kishin Eggs begin to invade the city.

Luckily, someone else had returned from the deep to help.

((OOC: There will be a separate thread for those who'd like to interact with Shinigami-sama going up. Remember, when Asura bursts from the ground, character powers will be temporarily unlocked but they will also suffer from Madness.

Fighting for an extremely long time would take it out of you. But one man is always ready to have a new mask. And he's always ready to take a moment for his students, even when it's pure chaos. He's ready to get back into the fight but he does need a short breather after constantly fighting for as long as he has.

The time has not been so nice to him but anyone who comes by will get a hefty thumbs up from him and joy (though that's harder to tell because of the mask).

"Quite a time we're having today, isn't it?"

Feeling strange as she had today, and suddenly feeling life again inside her, she was on the move, leaving trails of grass in her wake and pushing back any forces that she encountered. Though she's limited, she can feel some people believing her, giving her strength to wield her powers and fight back.

Still, stopping on top the school for a better view, she turned her head as someone spoke. A few sniffs and it reminded her of Kid. Immediately, her tail curled over her back as she wagged. Fancy you decided to show up now, but geez she was relieved for the sake of his city.

"Afternoon, Miss Amaterasu."

Even when gone for a long time, he'd never forget about his students. Even the ones that weren't around when he was. It was part of the magic of being the head of the school.

"Hopefully my arrival hasn't caused too much trouble."

She nodded back to him and grinned... but then she stomped a paw and snorted. You had your son freaking out for over a year; you'll have to make up for that. Besides that... she looked over the city again towards the location where the Kishin was. Her ears flicked and she huffed. So, that was the Kishin then?

He chuckled a little. Probably a little surprisingly, he understood just fine.

"I'm sure he's fine, even after all that. If he wasn't, he couldn't call himself my son."

But at her second question, he had to scratch his chin.

"It certainly is. He's a little ferocious, isn't he?"

Not surprising at all. If another God didn't understand her, that would be trouble. Nose crinkled, she nodded because yeah, yeah, that's true. He managed until now.

Amber eyes gleaming, she nodded. That she was... Unfortunately, she couldn't use her abilities to defeat him, but her tail wagged nonetheless. She'd help rid him once she found a Weapon to fight of course.

It wasn't much but he gave her a pat on the head.

"I'm still counting on you. I'll do what I can but it's been a while. But you and your allies are strong enough, I'm sure of it."

She continued grinning up at him, appreciative of the pat.

Eyes towards Kishin Asura, she huffed. Yes, she believes they are, too. One more look towards the Shinigami, she nodded. Amaterasu had to get going and lend her claws to the cause before Asura damaged too much. "Wrf!" She trusted him to handle this location.

"Good luck, friend!"

While he gathered himself, that's all he could give. But this site would be safe under his protection. After a bit, he could find his weapon and this whole thing would be much simpler.

"Arwo!"

She's got this as best as she can. Immediately, she took off, racing back down the stairs and into the City.
