EVENT: And Then the Rain Falls

Description: The day of the attack arrives...and things are not as they seem.



The attack begins as the sun rises...because the person planning this did love dramatic timing.

Before this, Shibusen had given out information about the Clown's weaknesses and powers, but as the attack begins, it's clear that something isn't quite right.

Red Clowns that should have been nearsighted can suddenly see very well, and the Yellow and Purple Clowns are much stronger than Shibusen's original report. And more than one individual has approached an ally only to be attacked.

And in the midst of all this, there is a figure, more human than the others, in a dress that's half purple and half red...

This is clearly not going to be an easy battle, but all you can do now is fight.

No. Mr. Lezard is a spell book so every Meister is different.

[It's weird, seeing the clowns trying to take her form, but the cats and dogs were on it. Even if they let them go, a clown exhibiting the virus's bruise would give it away.]

[Concentrating on the ground below one of the clowns slowly taking Rosalia's shape, she formed another circle of runes. Already tired from fighting her doubles, she was getting worried how much longer they could keep this up if the assault didn't let up soon.]

Rosalia, we need to get rid of these things quick!

These ones cannot escape! If they escape to others of their brood and inform them of the location of the med tent, things will grow hairier than they are already!

[With that, another bubbling pile was engulfed in flames, and he expanded his awareness to pick up more fluctuations of Madness in the area.]

Every Meister is different? You mean they can use different forms of magic?

[What the other Weapon said was true and D allowed more smoke to curl from his form, ready to be put to use.]

Shall we create a few more cats and dogs? It seems these creatures haven't learned their lesson yet...

Mhm. That's how his Weapon form works.

[At the extra smoke, Rosalia nodded to Count D and made more animals. She wouldn't let them get away and put people in danger.]

[Could they manage to summon the snakes again to bind the clowns? She wasn't completely sure. Rosalia and her partner's efforts were helping but with so many clowns trying to rise from the puddles on the ground, it might be hard to make sure none slipped away.]

[Which could mean he could ignore it. Which he would. But for now he worked to sync up. If they couldn't bind the clowns they could surround them, bar their exit and make use of magic to eradicate them while netted.]

Perhaps, we should have the animals herd these creatures together to help prevent them from escaping.

[The group of half-formed clowns had grown to half a dozen, increasing the chances one might slip away. Larger dogs would have been more effective for such a task but it seemed they would have to work with what they had.]
