Description: Like Saya offered, she is now teaching people how to cook. Just beware of the kitten - Brawl - that might try to steal your food.

Feel free to have your character to drop by even if you didn't tag the original post (we can always hand-wave the pep-talk).
If your character will show up on another day, that's fine too. They don't have to come on the 11th since she will be teaching people all through the month c:

[ She is ready to begin her classes. Well, not that she thinks of herself as teacher material, but Saya is a genius great at everything she does and teaching others could be fun (or incredibly frustrating, but she hopes it won't be the case).

The girl has bought all ingredients she believes it will be necessary and her kitchen looks like it came out of a cooking magazine. Yes, Saya is proud of herself.

Now she just needs to wait for her students.]

[Takuto comes in looking a little more stressed than usual, or maybe he's more relieved than he has a right to be when he finally knocks on her door. His morning had been... unusual, to say the least.]

Hi, Saya-kun! I brought a recipe that I'm hoping you can help me with.

[It's a recipe for strawberry shortcake.]

[ Saya comes to the door, offering Takuto a small smile. he does look a bit... upset?, maybe, but she doesn't mention it yet ]

Hello. Come in. [ she lets him in, looking over her shoulder ] What's the recipe?

Cake.

[And as he steps inside, he proffers a small piece of paper with the recipe in rather neat handwriting. Obviously it's a girl's writing (and Takuto probably would have decorated the recipe with stars or poorly-drawn strawberries).]

Yako made a cake using this recipe, and I tried to help, but I wasn't much good. I've never done any baking before....

[But he looks determined to learn! Though he might also be peering behind Saya a little curiously, wondering what she was glancing at.]

[ she takes the paper, reading it quickly. Okay then. It's easy. ]

Are you okay? You look upset. [ the girl heads to the kitchen ]

Uh, no, I'm fine. I just... went through a lot of trouble this morning to get that recipe....

[He follows to the kitchen, impressed by all her cooking gadgetry.]

[Kaede timidly approaches Saya's apartment. Once she gotten permission and dipped into her funds, she was ready to go. And oooh whatever was baking on the inside smelled yummy.

Was this the correct place? She hope it was.

With a fistful of dollars in her hand, she knocked on the door, awaiting for her cooking teacher to greet her.]

[ As soon as she hears the knock, Saya comes to the door and the moment she notices Kaede, she smiles.

Well. Saya likes children.

Hello. You are here to learn how to bake, right?

I'm Saya.

Hi Saya.

... I told you my name right?

[She peeks her head into the apartment, curious. If she notices the cat though, she'll be over that too.]

Are you cooking right now?

Kaede. Yes. [ Saya smiles and nods as she walks towards the kitchen ]

I'm trying out several cakes and bakery recipes. I want to have them ready for Easter.

[traust]

May I taste test some of them?

[She follows along, glancing around her surroundings. Eventually she might make her way closer to the stove but within a reasonable distance.]

[Knock...knock. Look who's here!]

Good morning, Takagi-san! I'd like to ask for your kind help to teach me to make egg rolls. If it's not a too heavy burden on you.

[sayatakagi]

[ oh. This is going to be fun. ]

Egg rolls sound easy enough.

Come on in. [ She lets him come inside ] Have you ever cooked before?

[Huh, this going to be painful.]

Yes, I can cook curry rice and onigiri.

[He's very proud of it!]

[ apparently so, since he can't cook many things. Still. he will give him the benefit of doubt ]

The thing about egg rolls is that you can choose the ingredients you put inside the wrapper. You can buy the wrapper anywhere, so it's the filling and the dipping sauce you will focus on.

[ and she shows him the kitchen and moves to open the fridge. many kinds of ingredients inside, yes. Saya has a stock. ]

[Yamazaki can't stop wondering over the wide variety of things Saya keeps in her fridge! It's like a new universe full of things waiting for being discovered!

Well, they can be wait forever if they wanted to be discovered by this guy. He came here for the rolled eggs.]

Can you put anything into the sauce? Like mixing that [mushrooms] and that [peanut butter] would make a good sauce?

[Chika grinned as she made it up to the apartment, knocking on the door. As soon as Saya opens the door, she's going to smile a bit more.]

Hi Takagi-san! Thanks again for doing this.

[sayatakagi]

[ Saya smiles back and nods ] Not a problem. Come in, Chika-san. I have already prepared the kitchen.

[scatterflower]

[Chika smiles as she walks inside the room.]

Wow, you really went all out with this, didn't you?

[sayatakagi]

[ Saya coughs a bit, perhaps out of embarrassment ]

Well- no use doing things half-assed, right?


and... I like cooking. a lot.

Definitely not. I think it's really nice!

So, which dish are we going to make first?

[When Genesis comes by, he brings with him his own collection of ingredients in a shopping bag-- clearly, he's here for more than lessons. There's a challenge he wants to answer, too.]

Miss Saya, am I right?

[ Saya was waiting for him. When she opens the door, she smirks a little - a bit cocky, a bit playful - and nods ]

Exactly. Come on it, Rhapsodos-san. You can put the bag over the kitchen. [ which is ready to go for the contest ]

Alright. [He grins as an answer to her smirking and sets down his own ingredients. He's quite impressed that everything was already set up for a contest.]

Looks like you're raring to go.

[sayatakagi]

Of course. This is a competition, and I'm serious about it.

[ she really is. ]

So. How to do wish to do this?= We both cook the same kind of pie and the one that tastes better wins?
