Description: Karkat is moving. Gai wants to cheer up his perpetually grumpy friend. Anyone can have seen Gai's post on the network and drop by.



It didn't take many stealth skills at all to plan this party. The filters on the devices made things very easy, and with the labor as greatly divided as it was Gai didn't even have to haul a whole bunch of stuff to where Karkat would be moving in.

Picking the lock was the work of moments and then Gai was in the apartment, starting to set up. Soon others would join him to help prepare, and hopefully Karkat would be slow enough in returning that he would only come when everything was ready. Gai would hope, at least.

[If only Cheshire knew the song, he would be mimicking it. Instead the image gets stuck in the muns head as how this scene is working Cheshire just makes sure to slip under the most difficult spots to get in quick succession. Maybe it would just be easier to vacuum the loose fur off the cat.]

[Monk is pretty good about getting in tight spots, and at doing things in the most complicated way possible. in his mind going around in vacuuming circles is much easier than assaulting the cat]

At least after a while Cheshire gets bored and tackles the vacuum, apparently aiming to take out the bag for it.]

[Annoying might as well be his middle name. He swatted at Monk's foot though he kept his claws retracted for Monk's safety. He might have had them out if he knew how many germs stay on a cat's nails.]

[how lucky for Monk that he doesn't. Monk gives up the foot approach and just keeps working, assuming he can finish faster if the shedder is attached to his vacuum]

[He had been okay with riding on the vacuum normally, but this time he was hanging onto the bag. He stuck his claws out reflexively and puffed up, of course sending more fur everywhere.]
