Description: Karkat is moving. Gai wants to cheer up his perpetually grumpy friend. Anyone can have seen Gai's post on the network and drop by.



It didn't take many stealth skills at all to plan this party. The filters on the devices made things very easy, and with the labor as greatly divided as it was Gai didn't even have to haul a whole bunch of stuff to where Karkat would be moving in.

Picking the lock was the work of moments and then Gai was in the apartment, starting to set up. Soon others would join him to help prepare, and hopefully Karkat would be slow enough in returning that he would only come when everything was ready. Gai would hope, at least.

Something tells me that Alternian parties are not something we humans should be looking to experience. I'm sure it's a case where the one-sided cultural exchange is best, considering there's been enough bloodshed to create an entirely new ocean.

I believe that my knowledge of medieval Europe is extensive enough that my imagination will more than faithfully make up for the lack of ritualistic sacrifice and copious alcoholic beverages. Assuming that eldritch literature hasn't rotted my mind beyond repair already, of course.

Hm? I've been told numerous times by my friends that my choice in literature is going to lead me down the dark path beyond redemption. I'm certain that it won't be long before any coincidental forgetfulness on Earth time periods will be blamed on that as well. [assuming she's talking about the wrong thing MISUNDERSTANDINGS GO]

Not as of yet. I'd wanted to get myself settled in and assess the pros and cons of actually partnering up, but the recent attack has unfortunately opened my eyes to the fact that if I want to act with any sort of autonomy I'll have to find someone rather quickly. [SHE WILL NEVER BE DRAGGED AROUND LIKE A LIABILITY AGAIN]

I don't have great hopes for my search, but I'm sure someone in the city will be willing to put up with me.
