[his hands curl into fists and he sighs heavily] It's not like I don't get it. And Winry's...she does so much [too much, maybe] already, but she wants to help here. It's not like I can tell her no forever. [At least, not without being a hypocrite, but what's new there?] But I'm not even prepared to do anything here. [Taking souls, taking souls. He looks at his hands, one flesh and one glinting in the moonlight.] It's really no good at all.
