The barn that was the clinic had thankfully been spared any major damage, and apart from its furniture and supplies in disarray, it seemed to function without much difficulty. There was the pervading stench of chemical in the air due to broken bottles of medicine, but the open windows would soon deal with that. More importantly, the clinic was ready for its slew of patients, and bustled with its business more than ever.

Her name is Saya Takagi. She's really smart and cares for others. Also, despite her appearance, she's used to surviving under harsh conditions.

She has a terrible attitude.

It sounds like she has a good partner too. I want to meet him...

We have to meet him if you want her to join us.

[He nods.]

I hope you change your mind about her... It'll be easier that way.

[She closes her eyes] How soon would you like me to hold these interviews?

When you're ready, Naoto-san. After all... [He tilts his head over to lightly bump against hers.] you're still injured.

[The whole sibling facade makes it easier to handle this close proximity.]

... I feel well enough. Perhaps... allow me two days to prepare. I'll remain here to allow my body some proper time to recuperate.

[I thought it was because we were partners...

He yawns.] I'll let everyone know. I wasn't able to contact Aragaki-senpai, but we have enough... [Except Calming Wavelength, but Minato has an idea about that.]

[A little of both really. Partners to each other, siblings to other none the wiser.]

Very well... [She's ready to fall asleep too, but she's still obviously troubled]

... This is off our current topic, but... thank you for not encouraging Yosuke-senpai.

[Ugh, that.] Mushu-ryuudono and I were talking about something similar... How people have forgotten...

At this rate, the two of us will have permanent reminders. Senpai often becomes inconsolable, but we had to try.

Yosuke-senpai is emotional, but responds irrationally. He was the one who suggested that we should toss Namatame-san back into the television when Nanako-chan died. Though, during that confrontation, a few of us did support the notion considering who the victim was.

[Minato turns abruptly and stares at Naoto.] Nanako-chan dies..?!

[Naoto doesn't look at him. Instead, her eyes are focused on her lap]

It was momentary... but not for all of us. Souji-senpai told me some time after I arrived that, for Yosuke-senpai, it was permanent.

[Minato's brow furrows. He looks away and back to the ceiling.]

In the worlds Minako and I come from... the same difference exists with Aragaki-senpai. [Who is at least Aragaki-senpai. Who at least died for something he believed in. Who at least died atoning. It's hard to imagine not dying for a cause... or when so young...]

Maybe that's why Adachi had no trouble killing her the first time...

Is that so? [The subtle differences between the worlds and its after effects...]

Perhaps... [But she doesn't honestly know. Adachi in her world was strange and ended up regretting some of his actions. This Adachi... she didn't know where he came from.]
