Time: 6am to 9am
Description: Training takes place every morning in the park to prepare the guests of the city for the ongoing war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on May 27th.

[John's been keeping an eye out for Neji and once he spots him, he makes his way over with a grin and a wave.] Neji, hey!

[Neji blinks at the sound of his name, and seeing John, smiles faintly]

Good morning, John. You seem well.

Thanks. How are you doing? Are you busy right now?

Not particularly. Just going over a few future plans I have for the Watch. Can I help you with something?

I was wondering if you wanted to practice that resonance thing you mentioned the other day.

[heavenly_earth]

Ah, that. [Well for that, he's more than happy to set aside his paperwork and stand, stretching briefly]

It's best to establish basic resonance before we try distance, so whenever you're ready.. [Neji holds out an upturned palm in offer]

[John smiles brightly when Neji gets to his feet, nodding.] Okay. [He reaches out to place his hand on top of the other's.] It's just like what I do with Dave, right?

[heavenly_earth]

[He nods, letting his fingers come up to curl loosely around John's palm] Just transform, and we'll test our basic resonance again.

[It's a lot easier to transform now that he's had tons of pratice doing it and it's only a moment before John's in his hammer form.] Okay, now what?

[heavenly_earth]

[It's not a type of Weapon he's held before, but it's a manageable weight in his hands. No burning, though he hadn't expected any after establishing loose resonance with John before. Heavier than Lee had been the first time he'd held him, but that wasn't unexpected]

And now we familiarize with one another's wavelengths. This way, we'll be able to quickly resonate across a distance next time we need to.

[And he allows his own stable yet driven soul to reach out to John's]

[John tries to mimic what he does with Dave, focusing and reaching out towards Neji in return.]

[It's the touch of a soft-hearted soul as their wavelengths meet, feeling faintly like Lee's.. He recognizes it briefly from the time they established it when John was captured, though he feels the resonance is stronger this time]
