EVENT: Raid on Hachi's Lab

Characters: Those who signed up for mission #251
Location: Ski resort in Oregon, Hachi's underground facility
Rating: PG-13
Time: August 16th
Description: Mission $251

It took a bit of magic from Shibusen's resident witch Meister to figure out how to get the entrance open, but eventually they did manage it.

A wide, rectangular doorway opens up in the wall itself, without any doors to be seen.

The power to this place has been cut, leaving the place to be lit only by some dim emergency lights along the walls near the ground. The hallways themselves are narrow, and nondescript, making it very easy for intruders (and that is what you are here) to go around in circles without realizing. The fact that the hallways had a lot of turns and intersect each other every so often, forming equally nondescript four way intersections doesn't help.

The fact that the hallways are crawling with Clowns helps keeps things interesting, at least.

In addition to that, there are a few odd rooms, each one of them large and round, with high domed ceilings made of rock.

One in particular, is filled with destroyed lab equipment, among which are two tall cylinders that had once been made of glass that has since been shattered. There are, oddly enough, fewer Clowns though they seem less crude than the ones outside of the room and are stronger as well.

The others seem to be used for storage even if there seems to be less in any given room than it seems capable of holding. There is nothing of value in any of the boxes you find and, more than one of them actually contain Clowns.

[He was almost figuring that he'd be better off staying like this, just in case they ran into another intersection soon, but the shuffling sound of footsteps doesn't escape the Weapon's notice. His focus steadies once more, which hopefully alerts Takuto to the sound as well.

And, sure enough, from down the hall something decidedly not human comes into view. Probably the easiest thing to make of it through the poor lighting and distance is... the color purple.]

Takuto-san, it's headed this way.
