Description: Welcome to Death City!
BREW's at it again. After powering up, giving energy readings on the night of the 23rd that alerted Shibusen to new arrivals, they turn now to volunteers to assist in giving the newcomers the information and supplies they need.
Perhaps you're one of the ones who woke up in the Kishin Chamber on the morning of the 24th. Perhaps you live in Casualty Communal and were woken up by equipment transporting strange x-ray machines to rest in front of the building, prepared to scan the fresh meat and determine which are Meisters and which are Weapons.
The sun is laughing high in the sky as temperatures reach into the triple digits, driving residents to seek air conditioned spaces, cold drinks, and frozen treats. Death Robbins is doing a brisk business but few can finish their cones and sundaes before the heat starts turning them into goo!
No doubt the new arrivals are confused... let's give them a warm welcome, shall we? But not too warm- stay hydrated and cool, everyone!
