Description: After finally being permitted out of the hospital’s quarantine Eren has nothing better to do than


a) Run in front of a car

b) Look like a suicidal idiot on a wall

c) Stare at everybody who’s not Caucasian white or has a non-standard hair-color during training time.

d) Do all of the above with predictable consequences.

[The insinuation that he'd ever injure somebody innocent seems to touch something within Eren as he snaps back immediately] As if I'd ever do something like that!

[He grumbles something under his breath as he tells himself not to punch somebody just on instinct before hearing them out. He could still do it after that.]

What's a car?

Good.

[Asura's shoulders relax slightly; least it was one less person he'd want to punch.

There's a long, awkward silence after that question, though. How sheltered was this kid?]

...It's a vehicle. You know, it helps to get you around places?

[Another confused look rewards Asura's attempt of an explanation.]

You mean like a cart? [He had been wondering why he hadn't seen any horses or carts around. Was that it?]

Yeah, something like that. Except you move it by yourself since there's a steering wheel and pedals at the front seat and engines and a lot of other things too...

[And he demonstrates by making a little mock motion of moving his hands as if he were driving while he taps one foot on the ground.

Which...probably doesn't help matters, BUT HE'S TRYING.]

[For a moment the picture of a cart decked out in the rims and belts of the 3D maneuver gear (just much much more!) and sitting on two giant gas tanks spooks through Eren's mind. With Asura doing what he assumes to be his attempt of tap-dancing on top of it.

He shakes his head with a barely veiled snort, dismissing the ridiculous idea.]

Yeah right. Pull the other one.

[imnosuperman]

Huh?

[Asura's brows furrow, not quite understanding what he meant until he catches the look on his face again.]

Hey, I'm not kidding! Don't believe me, then look at the street again.

[everylastone]

[He does - and promptly jumps back with a terrified expression when a bike rushes past.]
