Bakura knew more about Mello's past than almost anyone else in Death City who hadn't been a part of it, but there were still a lot of things he didn't know, which Mello wasn't in a hurry to fill him in on. He sensed Bakura's trust, and returned it; he knew the kid wouldn't go poking around in his mind any more than he would in Bakura's.
