Description: Welcome to Death City.



BREW doesn't think about kidnappings, activists or the hot, dry weather that hangs over the desert city this week. After powering up, giving energy readings on the night of the 18th that alerted Shibusen to new arrivals, they turn now to volunteers to assist in giving the newcomers the information and supplies they need.

Perhaps you're one of the ones who woke up in the Kishin Chamber on the morning of the 19th. Perhaps you live in Casualty Communal and were woken up by equipment transporting strange x-ray machines to rest in front of the building, prepared to scan the fresh meat and determine which are Meisters and which are Weapons.

Regardless, it's looking a little more like old times... let's give them a warm welcome, shall we?

Valid point, but I doubt it applies to her truly. She seems to fit into this time rather well. She probably won't believe what you are either.

Amaterasu shook her head.

She'll understand... eventually. Hopefully not too late into her stay here of course.

"I'm certain there are things I could do to prove what I am." Ghoulia mused, mostly to herself, but shook her head. "Though I am hardly in the habit of frightening others. I will merely hope for her understanding of things in the future."

She nodded again. "It's exactly as you said, hopefully not too late. We'll hope for that much."

Amaterasu nodded while fighting the urge to roll her eyes. And that girl had been on plenty of missions already. How difficult was it to believe one was what they claimed they were. Unless this was a reaction from being fooled too many times. Curious that non-human.

Well, do you have any other questions?

Offering a small shake of her head first, Ghoulia responded "None that immediately come to mind."

Then, a smile and a slight nod. "Thank you, Amaterasu, for your time and assistance." she paused, before adding "I look forward to your tale in the future, when you have the time to tell it."

Amaterasu nodded. Well, then her job here was done for the time being.

Her tail flopped and she grinned as if to say 'you're welcome'. "Arf!" Of course! But only the tale after Ghoulia exhausted her sources.

With a final word of gratitude, Ghoulia headed away. Proceeding to the next parts of the tour, the welcome to Death City, all of what awaited. She'd be sure to get back to Amaterasu... only after properly perusing what the city's library and residents had to say. Surely she'd find something out.

But in the end, she'd still come back for the tale. She wanted the story from the one who lived it.
