[Closed] Mission 162b
Characters: Saya and Sendo
Location: Guam
Rating: PG
Time: 17th May
Description: Fishermen in Guam have been disappearing along the coastline by an unidentified creature. Body pieces have been found on the shore from some of the victims, but any evidence gained from what survived was inconclusive to indicating what the threat is.
When there were monster attacks happening, everyone already knew what it was: kishin eggs. And apparently the reports are never really specific about it. Now at the beach where the victims were found, Saya looks at the ocean with a frown.
"I hope we won't have to fight an underwater kishin." because, after all, they really can't fight underwater like that. The enemy needs to come out if they want to kill it, or they will be at serious disadvantage.

"I don't think we will." Even if the thing did live in the water, they could just come up with some sort of plan to get it out. "My movements would be too constricted in the water." Even with as reckless as Sendo was, he wasn't stupid enough to engage a kishin in the water, especially if they had a high level of mobility in it.

Either way, the girl looked around, searching for destruction. Which was easy to find, the kishin eggs were never careful about not leaving any trails for others to find. "Follow the destruction, I guess. Maybe we will be lucky."

"What did they say about the thing again? That it has been leaving body parts behind from its victims?" It made him wonder just what sort of appendages this thing was equipped with. Maybe some huge claws?

Lobster.
Except when they finally see it at a distance, that was definitively not a lobster. At all.
"That's fucking gross..........."

He held his hand out for Saya's. "It isn't going to look any better once we kick its ass."

"We'll take shots at it from a distance. It'll come at us, but we should be able to get in some more shots before it reaches us. What do you think, aim for the legs to hinder its movements?"
no subject
"Yes. And then we have to get closer." she didn't like it, but "The exterior is too hard. Unless you hit the ventral area, the carapace will protect it from my bullets. But if we melt it..."
they would have to get extremely close, indeed. But hinder its movements would be the best for now.

"Focus and make the bullets as strong as you can." He said to her while he focused too on their resonance. Once he had the legs in his sights, he started to fire quick successions of bullets, trying his best to hit all three of the legs as many times as he could.
