"Oi Kojuro."

With his hand on his hips, Masamune looked at the steel structure of a warehouse in the middle of the desert from the cliff they were perched upon. Their goal was two fold - infiltrate and decimate. But it wasn't going to be easy or straightforward. Shibusen reports have stated that many of the thieves were well armed and highly competent. It was time for them to step in and recoup some of their losses.

But this straightforward mission, which would normally bring Shibusen trainees quaking was not enough to quell Masamune's adventurous spirit though. He was the man who had ambition to conquer the whole of Japan and now he's doing... this. He remembers coming back to Kojuro with several of the mission objectives from the board and Kojuro rejecting all of then but one. This one. Since it was near home.

"We could have gone somewhere instead of doing clean up in the sand."

Not like they could change the mission since they were already on it, but Masamune felt like mentioning it anyway.

"The missions abroad require more knowledge of partnerships, my lord. It would be unnecessarily risky for us to try them."

Kojuro's response was customarily mild; he wasn't even glancing in Date's direction, busy, as he was, with checking their surroundings out. Ever the strategist, he was.

"This is better than relying on training in matters of instructing you on how things work here, I believe."

It also got Date out of the apartment and gave him something to do. A bored dragon was a hassling thing to have on one's hands.
