Intro Log!
Characters: OPEN to new arrivals and NPCS.
Where: En route to Casualty Communal
Rating: Gen
Time: February 11 onwards
Description: Welcome to Death City!
The city was in good shape today, despite the recent attack to it and the unfortunate earthquake a month back. The damages to the city had been repaired best as they could, and everything else was covered in a healthy heap of decor for the upcoming Valentine’s Day.
Things were a bit somber, as was expected after so many of the residents lost their loved ones. Fortunately, if there was something Death City was good at, it was getting back on its feet after a fall.
[ooc: Player characters will also be joining the log. Everything after the sub thread Soul Perception is open to all characters.]

Ask me about Horrorspital, the Guest-run clinic!
Yes, it was bad that BREW decided to drag more people here, but the least she could do was help them.

"How do we pay for the medicine or treatment? Does it count as 'basic stuff' Shibusen will pay for?"
no subject
Yes. Treatment is covered by Shibusen.

"Thank you for answering my question!" He's tempted to ask something else just to see her spell some more; hopefully the staff can forgive his informality. "The doctors are nice enough?"
no subject
Ammy just types it as it is. She has a small thing about lying.

In fact this place was starting to sound more welcoming despite the reason they were brought in the first place. Hopefully he doesn't end up in the clinic too often; but knowing himself he's probably going to at least thrice.

If it's guest-run, can anyone work there then?

What can you tell me about this, ah, Horrorspital?
no subject
The Horrorspital is a clinic for both Guests and Residents even if it's run the by Guests. It has grown since its establishment and is the first place to receive emergency patients, usually Guests who have been injured on Missions. Some people may dislike clinics when they must be confined there due to their treatment, but we'll make sure you're taken care of during your stay.

Missions are commonly designated for Meister and Weapon teams. When there is Kishin egg or Witch activity in some part of the world, requests are sent to Shibusen and posted with their assumed difficulty levels rated by stars. Most require the defeat of the Kishin egg to be completed while a few are missions to gather information or handle some minor disturbance. There will be a warning posted if there's a high chance of Madness in the location you're heading to.

[ he considers, briefly. ]
Do people affected by the Madness come here, too?

"If I asked, would you speak?"
And, most calmly, she runs a gentle hand across the soft fur of the dog. She's always quite liked fluffy animals, especially well-behaved ones.
no subject
Unfortunately, I cannot speak here.
no subject
"Oh, that's a shame. At least you can communicate in a way."
Talking to a dog? Totally not bizarre, obviously.
"Would you tell me about this clinic?"
no subject
Yes I can! What would you like to know about it?
slkjdf i can't stand how cute she is ugh/////
She wanted to say 'I've just arrived', but that would just be pointing out the obvious.

"Hello," she said. "How are you?"
no subject
I'm well, thank you.
no subject
"That's good," she replied earnestly. A mischievous gleam came into her eyes and she leaned down slightly to whisper conspiratorially.
"Please tell me that's not the real name of the clinic."
no subject
Oh, but it is. It has to fit in with the City's theme after all.
