"Your father was head of a museum?"

This may or may not have been an intentional deflection to get the topic off of himself.

"Un! Still is, I hope!" Bakura laughed. "Domino Museum, it's a history one."

[perfectorder]

"I'm assuming this museum is neither about the pizza company or the game tiles," he said in a small attempt for a light joke and bit of wit.

[shiromadoushi]

"Domino's where it is," Bakura explained with a laugh. "Though with how everyone is about games there, I wouldn't be surprised if there was a connection between the two," he smiled.

"Ah, so Domino is the name of the city," Kid said with a slight nod. "You said it was a history museum?"

[shiromadoushi]

"Of the part of Tokyo it's in, un." Bakura nodded again "And yeah, mostly ancient history, which is what my father specializes in."

[perfectorder]

"I see. It sounds rather interesting, honestly. I wouldn't have mind visiting it."

Learning about other cultures and worlds—yes, definitely fascinating.

[shiromadoushi]

"I wonder if it exists here... Though I think it might be called something else if it does, since Domino wasn't on the maps I could find. There wasn't even a district where it should be, the space was shared between two others! Pretty weird, huh?" Bakura smiled. "Ne, are there museums around here? There must be, right?"

"That's not too surprising," Kid said thoughtfully. "It seems that even if there are those who come from the same Earth, there are still differences between the versions." Which was still a bit mind boggling, but it was by now something he had to learn to accept.

"As for museums, there are a few, such as art museums and one about our history. Of course Shibusen's library would have more about that."

"Half the fun in the museum is seeing more than reading," Bakura countered with a warm smile. "Though I have to admit I've mostly been in the fiction section of the library so far..." he said with a laugh, idly twirling in the water, t-shirt bloating out almost like a skirt before he smoothed it down.

That and he'd been trying to catch up on near 10 years of video games he'd missed.

"It has a good selection, but the non-fiction and historical records may read more like fiction for you," he said with a slight grin.

"After all, our accounts will likely differ from your own."

[shiromadoushi]

"Aa, that's true!" Bakura grinned. "And even just what's gone on since I've been here's been far more like something out of a fiction novel than any history."

"Considering how this is rather normal for me, it's still strange to hear something like that. Then again I thought people coming from other worlds was pure fiction."
