Characters: Rhode Kamelot & OPEN (people coming to visit her in the hospital/her pleasant roommate)
Location: Horrorspital
Rating: G to PG
Time: January 11-January 14(? - subject to change)
Description: Rhode has returned from a brief trip to her own world with a few more injuries than most would find desirable. Visiting an acquaintance hopped up on morphine, however, is one of the most interesting things you can do in Death City, so she'll thankfully have some company.
Despite several explanations by the doctors, Rhode still didn't have a terribly good grasp of the specifics of what was wrong with her by the end of her first day in the hospital. She understood, of course, that she'd taken a hard blow to her stomach- Though it had seemed like nothing but a nightmare at first, it had quickly become apparent that her last memory in her own world was quite real- and that they wanted her to stay in the hospital because of the bruising to the various organs that had taken damage while protecting her little spine from being punched in two by the Order's pet monster.
After that, they started talking about other medical terms she didn't quite recognize- Morphine, dosages, and other things. When that started up, she would close her eyes, or stare at the ceiling, until she dozed off. At the very least, it was hard to be bored when it was so easy to sleep. Unfortunately, that compromise didn't last too long. Not being able to move around was inconvenient and uncomfortable, and one could only sleep and stare at the ceiling and play on the network for so long before things became a bit dull. And so (though she didn't have much choice in the matter), she waited- For sleep to come again, to suddenly become well enough to go home, or simply for something entertaining to occur.
{{ooc; Just mark the day that your character is coming to visit in the subject of the first comment! Rhode will be here... well, the whole time. She's not going anywhere. :Dd }}

How did I miss my turn sl;kghsdh --
/pets
Oh yeah-- he reached into his sleeve and pulled out the bag of candy he had brought with him, but didn't hand it to her right away.
/fluffs!
"Ah. I... I went back to my world. For a day, here. A week or so, there." She paused yet again, wrinkling her nose a bit before she continued. "There's a type of monster that's one of the few things that can really hurt my Family. It tried to attack... one of us. Young, not strong enough to really fight it. So I, ah..."
The candy distracted her again, though instead of looking puzzled and dazed her eyes lit up.
"... I stopped it. Is that for me?"
THERE I'M ON TIME.
A light chuckle from Mukuro's corner. You'll have to excuse him: he's easily amused.
LOL AND I AM SO LATE SORRY ILU GUYS
It made him wonder if he could go back, just for a short amount of time (he liked it here), some of the people from his world seemed to be further along then he was. Gin really couldn't wrap his mind around the time-thing here, so he was careful not to bother htinking about it usually.
"Sure, I can't eat it all by myself, ya know."
lmao. you two, you two.
"It's happened to others. Mukuro disappeared for a day, once." And she'd cried like a fool when he'd come back, but that wasn't a terribly important detail. "And I went once before, that, too, though I was home for hardly a second. I came back as a Weapon instead of a Meister, that time."
YAY NOW I'M LATE AGAIN sort of...
If Rhode had REMAINED a Meister, they might not have ever been as close as they were at present.
That probably went without saying, though. By the way, Gin, the candy's delicious.
Yes, Mukuro stole a piece for himself right after his partner did.
pfff you're fine <3
Changing abilities didn't seem nearly as interesting as finding out one could go home and return to this place, but it was good to know nonetheless. He reached forward and picked up one of the candies himself, he hadn't tried any of these kind yet, and Gin was very fond of sweets.
no subject
She takes another piece of candy, sucking on it and humming quietly. It was hard to hide just how happy she was with her treats. They were so good that they were downright distracting.
"Most people get terribly worked up when we tell them about that."
I tag from the strangest places. Yes, I do.
