[Morning Training!]

Morning Training happens every day in the city, and most days get handwaved. Once a month a log goes up to play out interactions and teaching. It happens from 6 am to 9 am, and this time it's happening December 31st, in-game.

I'll be linking/indexing once threads are made.

Batch 1: Beginners under the age of fifteen. Taught by Prussia, Fakir, Auron.
Batch 2: Adult beginners. Under Tommy Oliver, Saber, Kaoru Kamiya, Lightning Farron, Maito Gai.
Batch 3: Intermediate fighters, for sparring with each other. Overseen by Hyuuga Neji. Please see list of random sparrers.
Batch 4: Experienced fighters, for sparring with each other. Overseen by Selendis. Please see list of random sparrers.
Weapon transformation: How to Change into Your Weapon Form. Kasuga, Yuuri, Ishida Mitsunari, Spirit.
Soul Perception: If you still don’t know by now-- Any of the Soul Perception people. Azusa, Stein.
Partner training: How to Work Together as Partners. Tassadar and Nataku. Maka and Soul.
Weapons handling training: Genesis, Tenten, Yuu Kanda.
Shooting range: How to shoot things 101. Jade Harley, Grit, Germany.
Meister Ability helpers: Stein, Edgeworth
Medics: All the medical people.
Audience: Because some people just want to watch.
Watch: An area closed off to the Watch members who need any sort of special training.

[Oh, his luck isn't that terrible, is it? Riku pauses from walking, Sora stilling at his side as they were both called by a familiar voice. Rolling his eyes, he watched Sora run up to Takuto to greet him and followed at a more sedate pace.]

Er, not really. I just finished some swordsmanship training!

[Wow, how great is it to see both his friends here!] You two must be here for some training, too, right? [And suddenly, he wonders something. It wouldn't be surprising, really, if it were true. He frowns.]

Are you two... partners?

[There were so many people at training as usual, Sora was only vaguely paying attention. Good thing, then, that Takuto called out to them, otherwise he might have completely passed him by. Stopping in surprise he spied the red headed boy with a smile and a wave, practically running over to greet him. They had only met the once, but Sora felt Takuto had already secured a safe spot on his friendship list.]

Hey, Takuto! How's it going? Are you here to train too?

[He beamed, it was always nice seeing friends unexpectedly. Hearing his question a few moments later, Sora didn't bother to wait for Riku to supply an answer.]

No, we're both weapons.

[He sounded perhaps a little dejected. But he'd already managed to find a partner of his own who was capable of wielding a keyblade, so the tone disappeared almost immediately afterwards.]

Oh, being a weapon seems like it'd be pretty cool, though! [He has no idea why it wouldn't be completely awesome, either.] What's your weapon form?

I know Riku's already, since we've tried resonating. [Cue a grin at Riku, because it had been one of Takuto's more successful sessions.]

[There wasn't anyone who weren't secure in Sora's friendship list if they got in there in the first place. Rolling his eyes at the double-dose of cheery optimism and friendliness, Riku sighed, shrugging his shoulders.

And he'll answer before Sora decided to tease him over the whole resonating-with-someone-else bit.]

Kingdom Key. A Keyblade, like my own.

[And he has the tone of someone introducing people again.]

[Sora nods wisely.]

Yup, that's right. I used to wield one, and now I turn into one.

[He laughs, but inside he still marvels at this fact.]

Really? You guys resonated? That's pretty cool. [He throws Riku a smirk.] Especially since I doubt he would put up with just anyone wielding his keyblade. [All the puns intended.]

[Probably not all. Riku knocked his knuckles against Sora's head, looking frustrated at being called out.]

I still don't. But he bought me coffee.

Oh, no, it was fun!

[And then, he realizes what it means to have two--not one, but twokeyblades. He suddenly can't suppress his excitement.]

Can we all resonate? I mean, just try, at the same time??

[Blinking, and swiftly ignoring the tap on the head.]

You can do that? Resonate with two people at once?

[This world had a lot of rules he was yet to learn. But he was always up for a new challenge.]

[He frowns -- can he? But he wanted to text a theory first.]

Sora. Head's up.

[And he's transforming, hilt first until his body reformed into the complete Way to Dawn, falling to the ground.]

[Takuto watches, raising an eyebrow at Riku's choices. But he shrugs at Sora's question.]

Death the Kid dual-wields, doesn't he? It's not impossible, at least.

What - woah!

[Realising what Riku was trying to do a split second later, Sora reached out, reflexes conditioned to be lightening fast, to grab the end of the keyblade before it could reach the ground. Trust Riku to keep him on his toes.]

[With a grin, he swung the blade around experimentally.]

Hey, I didn't realise a weapon could hold a weapon! Why don't people partner up this way?

[Then... there was Sora's soul against his own, oddly familiar and bright that made him feel nostalgic. Riku shook off those thoughts and focused on their resonance.]

Because it's not as effective. Even with you carrying me, it's barely a step up from going solo.

Takuto, can you handle two of us? The weight of one is taxing on its own.

I can handle it. [He is, actually, just as nervous as he is excited. He's never resonated with Sora before, much less tried to resonate with him and Riku at the same time. But he feels ready. So he holds out his hand to Sora, ready to take Riku from his grasp and then to take Sora in his other hand.

He's not sure exactly what will happen, but he can't wait to find out. It's certain to be a dazzling display.]

[Sora wasn't entirely sure if he believed Riku or not - he felt the fact should be proven with a demonstration, at the very least, but since Takuto was here he didn't stop to argue. Rather, he turned to the other boy and deftly threw the keyblade in his direction, then closed his eyes to concentrate on his own transformation.]

Heads up.

[He grinned for a split second before he fully transformed himself.]
