Morning Training happens every day in the city, and most days get handwaved. Once a month a log goes up to play out interactions and teaching. It happens from 6 am to 9 am, and this time it's happening December 31st, in-game.

I'll be linking/indexing once threads are made.

Batch 1: Beginners under the age of fifteen. Taught by Prussia, Fakir, Auron.
Batch 2: Adult beginners. Under Tommy Oliver, Saber, Kaoru Kamiya, Lightning Farron, Maito Gai.
Batch 3: Intermediate fighters, for sparring with each other. Overseen by Hyuuga Neji. Please see list of random sparrers.
Batch 4: Experienced fighters, for sparring with each other. Overseen by Selendis. Please see list of random sparrers.
Weapon transformation: How to Change into Your Weapon Form. Kasuga, Yuuri, Ishida Mitsunari, Spirit.
Soul Perception: If you still don’t know by now-- Any of the Soul Perception people. Azusa, Stein.
Partner training: How to Work Together as Partners. Tassadar and Nataku. Maka and Soul.
Weapons handling training: Genesis, Tenten, Yuu Kanda.
Shooting range: How to shoot things 101. Jade Harley, Grit, Germany.
Meister Ability helpers: Stein, Edgeworth
Medics: All the medical people.
Audience: Because some people just want to watch.
Watch: An area closed off to the Watch members who need any sort of special training.

You need to find a partner. Finding an ability will be much easier that way. Try resonating with someone and see if your souls work together. Go on a mission and try to collect a Kishin soul. If your soul doesn't sway a certain way during battle, or you don't notice anything unusual during or after the fight, come back and I can try to bring it out.

You do realize going after a Kishin egg soul means making your Weapon stronger, right?

There's nothing TO cheat. I'm sure someone's tried, but it's a non-issue.
