Description: The doctors and nurses are scrambling throughout the clinic to help with the sudden influx of patients.

The first casualties of the invasion started to limp their way in not long after the zombies and familiars began attacking people in the city. Fortunately there are a few concerned citizens doing their best to protect the clinic from being overrun while those within worked frantically to help anyone who was injured. Despite the desperate situation, the clinic personnel have so far been keeping their calm and working professionally to help any and all injured who come through their doors.

Both of your worlds are kinda weird. Most places wouldn't let ten year olds run around unsupervised.

They wouldn't? But... when you're ten, you're an adult. Is that different somehow in your world?

... Umm, yeah. Try between eighteen and twenty.

[Haruka's giving you a very, very confused look Chika.]

Isn't that kind of... that's a very long time to stay at home!

... No? A lot of people would say that ten is WAY too early.

[Haruka starts to look uncomfortable. This is a topic that hits closer to home than she'd like, in all honesty. And that's why she's not going to address it directly.]

Well... it all depends on who you are and where you're from. For example, if you lived in a city, it's more common to either go on to secondary education, or get a job, and in those cases, you'd stay at home for a bit longer. But if you lived in a small town without a real school or a lot of jobs to go around, then most people would leave when they're ten.

Whatever's best for your family has a lot to do with it, if you're undecided.

Sorry, it still seems a bit weird for me. Even with the cities, if people are leaving at ten then they can't be in school for too long past that.

Though I guess it's not as weird as some other worlds I've heard about...

But what's the point in dragging school out for so long? Life's way more important than school, in the end.

What have you heard about other worlds, though?

... Well, a lot of jobs need more schooling then 10 years of school can actually give where I'm from.

And in a lot of other worlds, it's the same, though there are a few kinda like yours, I'd imagine.

Why's that? How hard are the jobs in your world?

Pretty difficult, I would imagine. It really depends on the job though. And where you're living and how much money you need to pay for everything.

[She tries to come up with a way to compare the two worlds and their jobs side by side, but... well, it's all kind of subjective. Hmmm, what do...

Well, I've never had one, and I don't have any secondary education either, so jobs aren't really a thing I know a whole lot about, ahaha. Back home, I was happy just doing what I was doing.

Yeah. I can't imagine there's much schooling you can get in ten years. Still... going off and traveling around the world on the own when you're ten, I'm still having a hard time believing it.

[She shrugs.]

You'd be surprised, but I guess there's no real way we can compare them side by side, huh? I don't know about you, but I don't have years of teachers' lesson plans memorized.

As for the traveling alone part, it's not like our Pokemon aren't ready to protect us, you know? Should it come to that. It often doesn't!

*She smiles at that.*

Yeah, I guess those things would make it a bit easier to protect yourself when you're younger and traveling.

So umm... you usually have more than one of those in your world, right?

Yup! We can have up to six on us at a time, but we can capture as many as we want, really. My partners are Blaziken, Beautifly, Skitty, Venusaur, Munchlax, Wartortle and Glaceon. When I get out, I can show you their entries on my Pokedex, if you'd like?

Sure, that'd be great!

*She's not sure she likes the sound of "capture", but she's not going to push that right now.*
