Description: Madness seeps into the city.
For once, the weather is good while malicious things brew within the city. It starts small, so small that no one notices -- a twitch here, a little boy who won't stop crying, the exasperated yelling of a woman at her husband.
By midday, the city is fast-approaching turmoil. Fights break out in the streets and small groups riot against every little thing. Dogs and cats attack their masters, and grudges and fears surface to pit people against each other. By evening, it's as if the entire city is being blanketed by madness -- but how? The barrier powered by Death the Kid is still in effect and the air in Death City is definitely clean.
