[Hospital Log] OPEN
Characters: Open to all
Location: Clinic
Rating: Gen...?
Time: November 17 onwards
Description: Death City has survived to see another day, although not all of its residents came out of it unscathed. List of relevant links to the event here.
The patients had been moved carefully back to the clinic that morning, after the scouts had come back to report that all the kishin eggs had left the perimeter of Death City. Shibusen's hallways and classrooms were not adequate as facilities for medical activity, after all.
There had been a slight shortage of space in the beginning, but with a good amount of the patients being discharged before the day was over, the clinic was coming to some semblance of a peaceful place once again. The thin 'walls' and curtains between the rooms were all that kept the patients separated from each other, but so far, no fights had broken out. Thank Shinigami for that, eh?
[ooc: Just indicate the general date and time on your thread headers. Any day/time is fine, as long as it's from November 17 onwards.]

[he has a good number of scraps himself, but the worst of them are bandaged and the ones that don't need said bandaged don't seem to matter: rather, he looks more annoyed that a makeshift rope had almost hit him in the face than anything else.]
[those are piercing eyes that are directed toward Nataku. (very confused.)] What are you attempting? There is no water down here to catch fish in.

[He calls the other's name first before pulling the rope back with one hand, taking his seat on the bed. It is a surprise to see him, but it is what one -- he believes -- would call a nice surprise.]
I am attempting to escape. [His head tilts just slightly.] You were injured in the attacks. Are you all right?

[but then the thought's gone, and that question registers.]
I'm fine. What of you?
no subject
Still healing. I am happy that you are safe. [Walks over to hug Altair with one arm.]
no subject
Was it a kishin egg?
no subject
[A brief pause as he lets go of Altair.]
It was much larger than what I was used to fighting.
no subject
Where was your partner? [if that Templar messed things up...]
no subject
I was protecting him.

You should have your escape. [tone lightening up very much. egh, he's almost smiling.]

You should learn how to function with a ruined arm, anyway. [and no he isn't flashbacking leave him alone.]
no subject
Why should I?
If it is broken, does that not mean that I am useless? With one arm, what can I do?

Let us go, Altair.

[as if it's just a common courtesy, and so he's... slightly awkward (stiff, unhappy) in extending it:] Where did you want to go?

You won't need the... rope.

Let us go, Altair.
