Characters: Havoc + Hawke
Location: Outside the residences-- will head to training grounds.
Rating: G
Time: October 25th, afternoon
Description: (attempting)Resonance! Hawke asked for a WEAPON? Here is one; though no promises that they'd get along.

Havoc have been surviving thus far without a partner, but knew that sooner or later, he'd need to get a move on. There seems to be a distinctive lack of arrivals that was familiar, or wanted a gun WEAPON as their partner. Thus, when Mustang had given him the heads up about this 'Hawke' looking for a partner... he had jumped at the chance even if the guy sounded pushy, and arrogant. Probably someone used to getting everything his way. Besides, he trusted Mustang's judgment: if this man was referred to him, he should be alright... right? Although, Of all people to ask for a gun as a WEAPON, he gets stuck with... whoever this was. (man, why can't it be a curvy, busty lady that wanted a gun?)

Personal feelings aside, he was in need of a partner, and the watch can always use new members. Maybe Havoc can convince the man to join-- the bit of salary one can earn from patrols might be incentive enough. Spotting the impatient man standing just outside the residence, Havoc pushed open the doors to join him.

"Nice to finally meet you in person."

If Hawke had a choice, he'd partner up just for information. But, he had no gun. Which meant that he was stuck partnering up with someone. Which was fine by him. He found someone who he could easily manipulate should it be so necessary. But, that was later. If he stopped being useful at any moment, at least. For now, he had to meet the man who was his partner.

Automatically sizing him up, he looked down at Havoc. Hmm... how useful could this man truly be? Then again, he never judged anything by how it looked. "Hm." He simply said, turning around to face him, looking down at him. "Let's begin."

Well, at least Hawke wasn't being as antisocial as he could be. Really, he would've just made Havoc turn into his weapon without any more words to that. Standing there, he moved closer, watching him, and waiting patiently for the WEAPON.

When the gun appeared, Hawke quickly reached and grabbed it, holding it in his hand. Looking it over, he cocked it, and pulled the trigger, firing off whatever was in it. As useful a weapon as he was going to get; he didn't expect much better guns in this city; and while he preferred a pistol, this would do.

"...You'll work." He nodded, and looked down at it.

A gun would not work if it was damaged. He refused to let a gun drop and hit the ground. Looking at the blast of yellow energy, he held the gun and looked all over it. Looking down as it spoke up.

"A gun is at it's best in the first shot." Holding it, "You are what I need; be thankful." Looking around.

Compatible enough; any problems, Hawke could deal with as they came. Or get rid of Havoc. It did not matter to him.

"I do." And obviously not a single fuck was given.
