He knew well the meaning behind his own words to Cloud, but he wasn't quite convinced whether Kuroro's would be the same. There were some differences since he would never give his meister anything without there being ulterior motives, but Kuroro had showed no such signs.

The laugh broke him out of his thoughts, and within moments, Sephiroth was frowning. It appeared as though the other meister wasn't about to let the topic drop.
