[OPEN]
Characters: OPEN to new arrivals and NPCS.
Where: En route to Casualty Communal
Rating: Gen
Time: August 8, Afternoon
Description: Deathscythe takes these new batch of arrivals to Casualty Communal together with some of Shibusen's finestcrayzees part two!
Things had been looking better lately, what with the abolishment of the contract and the start of the classes again. It almost seemed normal, if not for the increasing number of new faces lately. It made him worry a little, how the BREW had been finding it necessary lately to toss even more and more people into their world -- was it a sign of things to come?
Spirit was there when the door to the chamber opened, ready in his usual suit and the communicators in a box next to him. He handed them out one by one, making sure to point out the manual, before stepping back and starting the tour.
[ooc: New arrivals are also encouraged to mingle with each other. I am trying out another format to this, so please bear with me! Basically, Spirit will be giving everyone a tour of Shibusen and Death City chronologically in different threads, and you are free to reply. You are also free to make new threads for yourselves for mingling with others if you like. Action logs are all right.]

This is very awesome and accidental foreshadowing.
But at China's offer, Spirit blinked in surprised. He was too used to the guests being demanding by now, that with the exception of some, their offer for help was mostly like a truffle to dig for. Spirit opened his mouth, closed it, and then opened it again. "Well--- I mean… well…"
What could he give China? "If you could help the weapons once in a while, especially when I'm absent, I'd be grateful," he said carefully, wondering how much he could ask for. "And keeping the troublemakers in line. You do a great job of that already." With that thief, especially, and the other countries…
Success in all areas, then.
When Spirit didn't, China might have gained a bit more respect for him. Only a bit, however. "In the training, you mean? And I do not know what you speak of. The troublemakers do as they wish." Such as that Fang girl. Obnoxious, that one. But children were children. A further tilt of the head-- "Is that all, aru?" Although why he was asking when he'd already agreed to other things wasn't quite clear (and thinking about working for Shibusen- well. no. he was doing this for the other arrivals. that much was plain).

Was China actually asking him for more work? But no! Spirit wasn't like that! "That's all." The 'for now' went unsaid. "You're already… handling a lot, you know? With training, and then helping Germany out, and then all the cooking lessons and other things…"

Maybe things would go more peacefully, if mailboxes and such weren't destroyed every time someone didn't like where they were (he knew the feeling - ruining the postal services didn't solve it).

Anyway.
"I'll try to make sure that I'm there all the time! Maybe I can convince Maka to go back to training the partners . She's been busy." A thought, a thought. Was he forgetting something? And then a brilliant smile. "Thanks, China!"

"You are welcome. Thank you for these, however." Small shake of the folder of names. Oh, wait-- "Do you need this back, aru?"
no subject
He grinned at the folder bit, though. "Nah, you can keep it."
