He listened, keeping quiet as he focused above. The creepy grinning moon aside, it was a comfort to see just how similar the sky was here to that back home. The same inky dark blue, the same bright stars. After such overcast conditions for the last week, it was pretty damn nice to see it all again.

His hands busied themselves for a moment to adjust the coat he draped over his shoulders. "You can't help 'em out if you're all messed up n' tired, yeah?"

His arms draped over his knees as he looked ahead. "You got wounded in there who wanna see friendly faces, somethin' that'll tell 'em everything's okay."
