[OPEN] Earthquake Event

It's early in the morning -- just after morning training -- when the ground beneath Death City shakes violently in what most of you might recognize as an earthquake. It's not a particularly huge one for the more experienced of the guests, but it sends cracks shooting through the cobblestoned ground of Death City and up the sides of some buildings. A small handful of structures, mostly those that have been abandoned in the course of this war or the very old ones, take the most damage and topple over or crumble at their foundations.

The earthquake lasts no more than half a minute, but the vibrations and aftershocks last through the day. Death City's streets become full of holes, from those the size of apples to what could be described as deep ditches. The greatest damage, however, is the commercial sector, which becomes flooded as the waterways take damage and spill water into the streets. Shibusen's alarms blare out and quick, urgent orders to fix the waterways and search for the injured or anyone trapped in rubble filter in through all networks.

[Let him fall? Please, you know better. She begins to move slowly; maybe she should have a few more straps on the vest to keep patients held down.]

[Raidou walks by her side, steadying the guy. Maybe this way they can go faster without having to worry about him falling...]

[She glances over at him, but then nods and picks up her step a little. If he can keep up, then this will work.]

[Raidou can keep up just fine. Compared to all that running around back home, this is nothing.]

[Very good then. They'll arrive in no time!]

[There's the clinic! Which is good, because the patient's breath is getting rather labored.]

[Yes, that's not hard for her ears to miss. Worrisome...]

[Into the clinic!]

[The clinic is filled with patients already, but fortunately some of the staff is able to come see them. There is some general fretting while they try to find an unoccupied bed.]

[The clinic and hospital must be very busy at this point. Still, she's patient while they look for a bed.]

[When they finally find one, Raidou helps move the man from her back. It looks like he's going to be taken care of.]

[Now they need to move out again.]
