Description: Training takes place every morning in the park to prepare the guests of the city for the ongoing war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on Thursday, September 16th.

How would we feel if Kid, Spirit, or Stein were to be struck down tonight? We're already low on morale due to our dwindling numbers.

I think... it probably knew I'm more used to being an active role. [Rather than just the passive force. She looks away momentarily, a little sheepish. Having to keep her magical inclinations under wraps at home made it difficult to be too forthcoming with that sort of information.] But even then, I don't like to fight if there are other options available.

I guess you have a point. Maybe, they'll feel at a loss if this Medusa is gone and consider a truce. It'd certainly be better than folks continuing to fight and kill them.

Precisely. It was Shibusen's plan from the beginning- they wish to live peacefully; they haven't placed all witches on the most wanted list for a reason. The ones we hunt are the ones that have committed such heinous acts that no amount of court or imprisonment can truly rectify. ...Not when other witches are happy to free them and cause horrific damage to the city in the process.

Have witches been trying to break others out? I thought there weren't any captured ones now. How many witches are on this wanted list anyway?

[With a small exhale, Sakura attempts to send her soul out to Kyubey's. It's curious, though perhaps a little cautious, but the connection is made solidly and gently. There's no real hesitation or block from her end, so reciprocation should be fairly simple.]

Nearly every instance in which we've captured one has ended in an attempted jailbreak. ...Which leads me to believe that we may not have any in our custody at this time.

As for the wanted list... that sadly isn't made public to us. The Shinigami holds the list, and creates the missions for the appropriate department to assign them to Meister and Weapon pairs. But as we're practically Deathscythe level, surely we could be privvy to such information if prompted.

Steadily, the gem begins to take on a light pink hue as they resonated, the band becoming covered with stars as they lead up to the crown. At the very top, there was a star in a circle with little wings. Sakura might actually recognize it; Kyubey was fascinated by this soul.]

I wouldn't bother worrying about it then. If people don't realize we're fighting for Shibusen despite what we are, then they're not worth our time.

I'd say I'm fighting more to protect folks. [Rather than for Shibusen. She's still not overly fond of the idea of a war on witches. But then she realizes something...]

We? You're not saying you're also a witch, are you? [Although she now remembers the strange vibrations she felt the time Akiha brought her skirt in to the shop...]

So, it's some big secret what witches they're even after? But if that's the case, I doubt there's been much progress made on their list. [She hasn't exactly heard about many Deathscythes.]

[There's a small nod of approval. It's too often that humans prefer to resort to violent means.] Perhaps, you could find other ways to help. For instance, Miss Rosalia normally works in the clinic and helps tend to those who have been injured.

Well, not exactly a secret- the missions are assigned when a pair is ready for them. We've only had an influx of prepared pairs over the last month or so; before, it was simply Strife's pair as well as Tatsumi's among those BREW brought in.

What good is the information on the list if we're ill prepared to handle such opponents? In that I can see their point.
