Hiro Kageyama | Arcade | July 17th | OPEN

[The windows of the arcade appear bizarrely frosted over (it IS the middle of summer, after all). If you can see in through the windows or go in to investigate, you can see Hiro chasing a Jack Frost around the arcade, frantically trying to either capture it or shoo it out or both before it damages any of the machines. You might also be able to catch Hiro and the Jack Frost right after he has successfully chased it out.]
