When Sugata came to he was all alone in a hotel bedroom. From the looks of it, he was either in an expensive suite or the hotel he was in had an executive room at the top of the building reserved for gold star members or very important people. It made sense considering that the kidnappers were making money off of the wealthy. He couldn't really do much though in his slouched over position. He'd tug a little at his restraints if he could, but everything felt too heavy.
