Location: Near where the carnival came crashing down.

Description: Sephiroth's off doing his loitering thing when Steve comes across the ex-General. They only realised too late that they were standing on such unstable grounds.
The mission had been successful for them two days earlier, but it had gone to show them that they both had a long way to go in order to master their new skills. Sephiroth had, however, been pleased with the progress he'd been making though, and the ease that he'd been able to track their targets was a pleasing discovery. There was still much that he needed to gain control of, which was why Sephiroth generally remained on the edge of the city or in areas that were far less dense. There were less vibrations to cause a disturbance, after all. So after Cloud had gone for his patrol with the Watch, the ex-General had gone in search for a place within the city that would give him what he needed.
He had found it around where the carnival had fallen. Fortunately for him, there weren't many citizens of the city who frequented the area, so he found some solace in the isolation the area brought with it. Sephiroth had found a quiet place for him to sit and inwardly work on his ability to control his new abilities, and it was just as he did right in the middle of all the large debris scattered around him. With his legs crossed beneath him, Sephiroth remained seated there silently with his eyes closed as he allowed himself to mentally reach out with his ability.
