Description: Mizuno promised to show Fon how to get to the park and she is going to do it.



Mizuno had very carefully written down the room number Fon-kun had given her. And while she'd forgotten to come visit him for a couple of days like she'd promised, she woke up this morning suddenly remembering and decided it was the perfect day to pay him a visit!

So when she finally found his room, she wasted no time in knocking very loudly on it, following the knock by calling out for him too. "Fon-kun! It's Mizuno! I'm sorry I took so long to come see you, but I'm here now!"

He had just finished changing out of the clothes that he used when he meditated, and into others that he had managed to find and purchased (even if normal shirts were not the most comfortable), and had been about to braid his hair when she knocked. He left it hanging loose as he headed for the door. He could do that later.

"Good morning, miss Mizuno." he greeted with a warm smile.

She smiled right back at him, leaning forward excitedly. "Good morning! I told you I'd come by and take you to the park!" Bouncing on the balls of her feet a little, she peered into his room curiously.

"Do you have some time now? We could go climb a tree! Or just go for a walk or something!"

[firelotus]

"That you did." He backed away from the door. "I'm almost done, but you can come in while you wait." Yes, he noticed that curious look in her eyes. He does not have much of interest in his room, though.

"Anything would be alright with me, really." His morning practice had ended, but he never minds any extra exercise. He has made a routine of exploring, too.

With a little gasp of joy, Mizuno stepped inside after Fon, still bouncing happily. "Then we'll just do whatever feels right when we get there!" she proclaimed brightly, looking around the room as she spoke.

"Fon-kun, what were you doing that you're almost done with?" Curious, curious.

[firelotus]

"That sounds good." He agrees.

He picks up a hairbrush - which is about the only thing that's not stored in the closet - and holds it up a little. "Braiding my hair. It's less in the way if it's put up."

For some reason, it hadn't struck Mizuno that Fon looked a little different than she remembered yet, but now she nods understandingly. "Ooooh, I see! That's why I put my hair up too!"

She gestures to the big clip in her hair holding the majority of it up. "I never really got the hang of braiding though..."

[firelotus]

He pulls the brush through his hair a few times, and nimbly parts and braids it.

"If you would ever like me to, I would not mind helping you out."

Mizuno watches in some mild awe as Fon braids his hair. It's just so cool to watch people do that!!

"I'd like that! I don't know how I'd look with braids." She pats her hair lightly and then giggles. "It'd be fun!"

It's not that remarkable, though. He's just had a lot of practice.

"Then just tell me when you want it done." He smiles.

She still thinks it's impressive because it's not something she can do.

"Hmmm, maybe after we get to the park!!"

[firelotus]

"Alright." He'll bring along a few extra hair ties, then. He slips them around after tying his hair, and smooth out his shirt. "Should we go, then?"

"Yes! Let's go!" Mizuno wastes no time in grabbing Fon's hand and tugging him towards the door. She isn't very good with personal space and has no problem with just grabbing his hand like this.

He does not protest, it's been a long time since he's been dragged around by the hand, and it's kind of nice, too. He'll just stay calmly silent, and let her lead the way while he takes it in and memorize it.

And Mizuno busily points out everything she recognizes along the way. Which isn't much. She hasn't been here long either.

"I got lost right here the first time I tried to find the park!" She admits brightly as they pass by a fork in their path. "But now I know it's this way!" Still holding onto his hand, she makes the correct turn and beams back at him.

Fon listened with interest and attention, and puts everything into his memory.

He nods, and smiles. "It is fairly easy to get lost in this city."

"It really is! I grew up on an island and I've never been anywhere else, so this is just..." She paused and then laughs. "So big! And different!"

It's only a little while longer before they reach the park and she gestures grandly, letting go of Fon's hand finally. "Here it is!"
