Description: Training takes place every morning in the park to prepare the guests of the city for the ongoing war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on May 18th.

Yes. By crafting them, they wouldn't leave a trail as easily. After all, which would be more suspicious: multiple masks of similar decorum being purchased even over a course of time, or simple supplies? Even when purchasing flour or cloth in bulk, one cannot immediately assume that yes, they're planning to kidnap several Guests. Hopefully, the police have checked paper trails...

[If they haven't, she'll be cross. If all those masks had been bought made, she'll be even more infuriated with her captors. After all, for being so organized, that would leave behind so much information...]

Oh, I hadn't thought of that. Are they really that simple to make? [While Lily did dabble in crafts of a witchy nature, she'd never tried mask making.]

With the decorations and all, I assumed they just bought them somewhere. I mean, if they just wanted to hide their identities, why bother to paint them? [A plain mask would do just as well as a decorated one.] Unless these kidnappers like arts and crafts that much.

Heh... I'd hate to leave any mask I make plain. Hell, why don't I show ya how to make one sometime? I bet the kids'd get a kick outta some Shinigami masks.

Anyways, I gotta wash up and get ready ta juggle bread at the DBP for a few. I whipped up some reproductions in the back room that you should get a look at- I tried to roll with a few summer dresses, went 1950's on 'em, but sized 'em up.

I would say that would be the exact reason why they didn't use plain masks. They're too similar to Shinigami-sama's mask. They're mad at us. They don't mean any ill-will to Death.

[As strange as that may sound. When Kanji mentioned work, she had to look at her watch] Ah... I should get to the Agency.

Huh. I'd been thinking we could try some kind of crafts day at the shop sometime. Maybe, we'd draw more customers. And I'll have a look at those dresses later. [But knowing Kanji's handiwork, they would probably be good.]

I'd better finish up here, too, if I'm going to get changed and open the shop up on time. Nice meeting you, Naoto. [A little nod to Naoto before she pulled out her pen to resume taking notes on the work to be done around the park.]

[Work. They all had to go to work. He cleared his throat, but was bright red.]

[He nodded to Naoto. He could walk her to the Agency. It was on the way to the Bakery.]

[She smirked under her breath at Kanji's reaction. She didn't expect any less.] I may have to visit then.

[She looked up at Kanji. They should be on their way then.]

[She couldn't help a small start at the sudden increase in volume. Kanji sure was excited about this idea, wasn't he? It looked like Naoto was used to it though.]

Okay. We could work out the exact details together. [The idea had been on her mind for a while but she had yet to pick out an exact project or day with all that had gone on recently.] I'll see you later. [With a wave, she moved to finish up her survey of the park.]
