His partial form snapped out to quickly decapitate the overgrown centipede that attempted to take a bite out of him. It had been such a foolish move on the creature's end, and it had resulted in the fool of a thing having its life removed from it.

Leaping back from the falling body, Sephiroth grunted with annoyance when it seemed that yet another irritating creature was attempting to make him its meal. These creatures were nothing in comparison to the monsters that roamed Gaea, after all, and he saw them as nothing more than an inconvenience than anything else. Then again, he supposed that he could fault them following their natural instincts given the current state of his right hand.

They would never learn, but he supposed that was the reason why they needed to be taken down.
