Location: Outside Shibusen

Time: March 8th, evening
Description: Barnaby and Six meet up to discuss a new problem brewing in the city.
At approximately a quarter to eight, Barnaby arrived at the steps of Shibusen. After dinner that evening, he told Kotetsu he was stepping out for more business and took a flash-drive of back-ups back to his job to make a second set of copies. This murderer of criminals, whoever he may be, was doing nothing but worrying Barnaby more and more. The masked man was doing nothing but giving him a headache over trying to solve this. Barnaby probably wouldn't have cared nearly as much if it weren't something so similarly close to the occurrences going on in his own world, and he just hoped it was some odd knock-off with a similar idea.
He really doubted that one, though. But here he had a bit more help. He had the Watch, the police were keeping an eye out, and now he was getting a few others. Hopefully this man who he was meeting would be just as much help because Barnaby really, really wanted this man behind bars.
