No, Barnaby was quite certain he was fine. But it seemed like his protest had fallen on deaf ears with Amaterasu, and Kotetsu was quick to ignore it. From the amount of blood he had already lost and how much was still bleeding--which wasn't too much, but it wasn't much of a paperclip, either--he was sure they needed to just wrap this up quickly. And the sooner the better, really.
But medics just felt like overkill. Being fussed over was excessive, especially with this mysterious wound. Just shaking his head--a horrible idea, since the motion made him slightly woozy--he ripped part of the tattered shirt away, using both his spare hand and his teeth to pull a strip from the bloodied cloth. Then, he tied it at his elbow. Cutting off the flow would cut off much of the bleeding. And with the rest of the ruined cloth, he laid it over the wound and placed a hand over it for pressure.
"It's fine," he repeated. "If the medics are busy, I should be alright until we return home, at least." Sighing, his hand just tightened against the wound. "I don't think it's that bad. It doesn't seem deep or overly damaging."
